Hey guys We had a guy called Carl Costello who come to plaster our bedroom. Can I just say If any of the managers/ directorssee this, give this guy a round of applause because honestly I’ve never met someone so nice and welcoming and he went the extra mile for us. I couldn’t recommend someone better. From start to finish was very professional and cleaned up after himself very well when we told him not too 😂👍, Very nice guy and I hope and wish him and his family the best for the future! Carry on being an awesome guy you are!! And thankyou once again for your brilliant service 👍👍👍👍👍 10/10 mate

No email contact & the online system went down. Spoke to FSG on May 7th & they have not been calling my contact number but an old number. I have called them 4-5 times & they are calling 085, my old number.

Absolutely appalling service. Meant to have a member of your team to come out and take a pictures of my kitchen on behalf of my landlord to see if I’m eligible for a kitchen replacement. Ive been in at the time I was allocated and no one has turned up!

Bathroom refitted. Still waiting 3 months later for them to change a bath mixer tap that does not divert to the overbath shower, there are other people with the same problem. All they do is ignore, whoever phones the Planned Works department. Terrible customer service, they ignore and hope you will go away.

Appointment booked months in advance and cancelled last minute, would say its a one off but happens all the time and this issue I have had going on with FSG for over 2 and a half years now, still waiting for a repair

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service! Had a young lad Mitchell come out to fix my flooring that had lifted. He explained what he was going to do to fix it an was very friendly and chatted while he done the job!

Fitted fence across the entire back garden on a cold dark and wet saturday. Did an amazing job and cleared all of the rubbish. Am absolutely delighted

I have used and worked along side Fsg for a number of years , they go out of there way to help and are extremely professional.

Would laugh but not even funny the lack of care ,mess,lies and damages they cause.They have come for more then one repair job at mine and everytime have either left unfinnished , damages or a complete mess on basic maintenance jobs .Cost me money on each visit either repairing or redoing what they have caused Actually had two other companies in to look at their work who said it was bad ,lazy work and the way it was left and damage i could of claimed as they didnt offer to fix . People arnt horrid Just their work and before you reply to contact you i informed you of some work and if you gave a dam or had any pride in the work you provide you would contact me to sort it .

I wasn’t going to review this company as they are an absolute waste of time, however after almost having a mental breakdown because of them I’m now experiencing more problems due to their shoddy workmanship. I had my kitchen re-fitted in May 2022 it was meant to take 10 days but ended up taking 6 weeks because I refused to accept the kitchen in the condition they left it. I’m now sat here with emergency workmen pulling cupboards out and cutting holes because they’ve left a leak which has been dripping into my neighbours flat below, this has been happening since May I’m still dealing with the fall out of this company. They drilled a hole through my wall whilst fitting a socket which was never fixed, they use mastic and filler like its the only way to do a job. The workers were rude and disrespectful, my carpets were ruined where they didn’t use dust sheets, they stored kitchen cupboards and worktops in the stairwell in an unsafe way. I’ve never known a company like it , they made what should have been a nice thing into a living nightmare.

Absolutely delighted with the work on our garden fencing. Pete was bang on time and his workmanship was the best I've seen. He was friendly and accommodating of my husband's needs as a disabled person. Many many thanks!

Absolutely disgusted, my new kitchen is ruined thanks to these clowns. The kitchen tiles are all chipped and not fitted correctly but that's OK apparently because they can cover it up with mastic. HUGE hole under my kitchen sink as well. Work men slagging me off in my kitchen where I can hear them.. Please go elsewhere, save yourself the distress and anxiety it has caused me and my child.

Building and facility maintenance company have had good dealings with them.

Do Not Let these Top class cow boys near your kitchen .what a joke lost my washing feet so now can not use and used ny heat proof towels to clen paint thinner with then had the cheek to leave in my washing mashine with othere clothes .........cow boy builders if i ever sin one might as well pulled up on horse back

Nice People, knowledgeable and helpful

They left my conservatory rooftop open for the high winds and heavy rain to enter. I've been waiting 7 days for them to repair the rotting wood and to sort out the cracked plaster the rain caused. When we phone them they never called us back. Phoned again today 19/06.Then a lady says she doesn't know what we are on about. Yet when we called that number yesterday a different lady says she would call us back in a little while to give us the time the team are coming over to sort everything out. Terrible company to talk to. They need to sort things out ASAP

I'm waiting and have been for 2 weeks to fit a shower on behalf of my housing association.. It is now 26th Feb and they reckon they can't fit it till 7th march.. That leaves 3 adults.. 1 disabled.. Without any real means to wash other than a sink!! Make your own milk d up before booking them.... . D. King.

If I could give zero stars I would. Full of excuses, each time a different one - if you're going to lie keep your story straight! Over 6 mths I've been waiting for them to come out and I'm still waiting! Do not touch with a barge pole

A friend recommended FSG Property Services when my boiler needed replacing. One of their gas engineers came out to survey quickly and did a great job at installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler. They were really friendly and professional, and even gave me a 7 year guarantee! I would definitely recommend FSG and will be contacting them in the future for a quote on my home extension.
