Lewin Electrical Services is described by several reviewers as friendly, polite and tidy, with work often carried out as arranged and lighting and an electric shower fitted to a good standard. One reviewer said Daniel was knowledgeable about their requirements and gave a quote the same day, and another said the work was done within a day of being quoted. Others described thorough fault-finding and clear updates at each stage, and one said they would call again. On the other side, one reviewer said a booked PAT testing visit did not go ahead because there was no answer or call back, and another said that after a quote a booked date was cancelled as a double booking and no replacement date followed after seven weeks.
We found Lewin’s Electrical Service to be prompt at providing a quote, in fact it was within the same day. Daniel was very knowledgeable about our requirements. The work was carried out as arranged a week later, and they were polite, punctual, and tidy. We are happy with our new EV charger , and would therefore highly recommend this company. Great service 👏
Not trustworthy at all.Fixed appointment to come a week after for PAT testing but didn’t answer the call or no call reply.
He is a good lad, he came exactly on time and gave me friendly suggestions regarding the electrical installation. If I need anything I will call him again.
Top electrician. Fast, efficient and good value
Great service, and fair price for work requested. Got a quote organised and work completed within a day of being quoted. Installation of light was great, and they waited to make sure I could test everything before they signed off on it and left. Made sure everything was tidy and took care with the work being carried out. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately while many of the experiences customers have had are good with this company mine was not. Not sure why, but after having received a quote have been waiting on a date for works to be done and although was booked, was told it was doubled booked and they would get back to me with another date. This never happened and I have messaged a couple of times to find out why. It's now been 7 weeks. Shame as he seemed professional at the time.
Electric shower replaced efficiently and tidily. Daniel is friendly and very polite.
Faultless! I contacted them at 8am at they arrived at 9:20am on the same day (which is amazing in this current Covid crazy period) after a different company had come to my property the evening before on an emergency call out and didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. Lewin Electrical were thorough and diligent in trying to locate the fault, professional, competent and communicative at all stages to say what was going on and also to keep us informed of potential options and cost implications so that there would be no nasty surprises at the end. Lewin Electrical are one of the best service/trades companies I've ever encountered, a refreshing experience when dealing with random tradesmen...
Excelelnt work carried out and very professionally done would recommend to any.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Daniel, the main proprietor who is an excellent, friendly and expert professional. He gave us a free quote for our garage lighting and some indoor lighting work. He possesses very good knowledge of his electrical trade and fitted our lights in good time and to excellent standards. His service is prompt, professional and thorough and we called him again as we were very impressed. we would unhesitatingly recommend him.
