After obtaining several quotes, I chose Renergy Solutions for our solar installation, and I'm delighted that I did. Our installation was a substantial project, including 26 solar panels, a Sigenergy battery storage system with over 27kWh of storage, Gateway backup and the DNO application. From the initial survey through to commissioning, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. Jake was knowledgeable, approachable and always happy to answer questions without any sales pressure. He took the time to explain the options, discuss future-proofing and ensure we ended up with the right system for our home rather than simply the most expensive one. When the originally specified equipment became unavailable, he quickly recommended an alternative with comparable or improved specifications, updated all the paperwork promptly and kept the project moving without delay. John and the installation team were excellent. They arrived on time, discussed the final positioning of the panels and equipment before starting, and carried out a very neat, high-quality installation. They clearly take pride in their work, paid attention to the finer details and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Communication throughout the project was first class. Every question was answered quickly, and I always felt I was receiving honest advice rather than being sold unnecessary extras. The Sigenergy system was fully commissioned, the app configured and everything explained clearly before the team left. Overall, the quality of the workmanship, attention to detail and customer service have been outstanding. It's rare to find a company where the sales process, installation team and aftercare all meet such a high standard. Many thanks to Jake, John and the whole Renergy Solutions team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

We had a shortlist of 5 or 6 reputable solar energy companies and received quotes from all of them. Renergy's was very competitive, they listened to what we wanted, changing some aspects as we went along - a very collaborative approach. The crew that fitted the panels (in 33 degree heat!), battery and EV charger were hardworking, cheerful and tidy, and explained everything when the install was complete. We're really happy with the outcome, and wish we'd done it years ago. They'll be fitting a heat pump for us after we've had some work done to the house next year.

Aaron and Theo came to install my car charger and did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Their workmanship was excellent, everything was installed to a high standard, and they took the time to explain how everything worked.

We are really happy with the work Renergy have done for us. The whole team were professional, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. Steve, Wag & Presh have all been great. We had the original work carried out over a year ago for our heat pump, pipework and new radiators. Not a small job to undertake. Everything works perfectly and we can't fault them. They were thorough and consulted us through the entire process where needed. We recently had them over to upgrade a couple of bits and again, just cannot fault them. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering upgrading their heating system.

A great experience with Reneregy Solutions. Was recommended by a friend and the service was as good as he said. Initially I liased with Jake who was very helpful and professional. The quote was very competitive and the I was pleased with the plan. The email and phone call communication was always great and responsive from Erin. The date was set ready for installation and the scaffold team turned up the day before, really friendly, quick and just cracked on, very impressive. Top Job and again professional. On installation day I was informed it would be an 8am start and the lads were bang on time. Tom, Henry and John (Apolgies if I have names wrong) were so hard working and friendly. Very considerate towards our needs and kept me up to date with progress. Felt safe with the team enough to leave them cracking on whilst we went to the dentist. A real strong efficient team, who know their stuff. The installation was smooth and professional, couldn’t fault it. Had 2 x Teslas Batteries, , Inverter and 12 Solar panels. The integration onto my Tesla app was seamless and I could see the benefits of Solar straight away. Would absolutely recommend Renergy and all the team to anyone, topclass and very professional. Excellent service provided from both the office staff and installation teams. The scaffolders worked quickly and were polite and respectful at all times and the installation team were superb. Turning up at 8am and not leaving our home until everything was up and running at nearly 8pm. Awesome from start to finish.

I am very pleased with the installation of solar panels and an EV charger at my house in October 2025, and the recent installation of an air-to-air heat-pump heating/air conditioning system. The team arrived promptly and were polite, friendly and helpful. the system was installed efficiently, despite one part not being included in the delivery. This was rectified the following day. The guys cleaned up thoroughly after they had completed the work. I can highly recommend Renergy Solutions for their service and expertise.

Arron, the Electrician who came to install and connect the batteries and inverter was excellent. Very prompt, courteous, polite and tidy. Arron arrived at 7:00am as agreed the night before. He worked continuously through the morning and afternoon. Even took his shoes off (very grateful) when working within the house. Once he had completed the install and wiring he waited patiently for me to complete my works meeting and then briefly explained the installation and helped install and startup the Ecoflow application on my mobile. I explained that we were missing an Ecoflow screen pad display which we were told we would get with the system. Thanks very much Arron, excellent job. I recommend getting some disposable overshoes rather than taking shoes off!!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Renergy Solutions. Right from the very beginning, Jake has been an absolute star nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He made the whole process feel easy and stress free, especially as I knew absolutely nothing about solar or battery systems going in. Very professional and pleasant to deal with, definitely recommending Renergy Solutions to others. Review update: After a power cut and finding out that the battery system and inverter installed have not been wired in for off-grid function even the system does support it, so I enquired about this issue because I thought the system I asked for originally should have this function due to unstable local power supply, but now they want me to pay more money for their incomplete installation, but why would I spend even more money with this company if that’s the attitude for dealing with customer dissatisfaction. Please be aware and check your installation, even the system can be off-grid but does not mean it’s wired in that way and Renergy Solutions does not inform you. Reply to RS comment below: Words are empty, if you actually care about your customer, please fix your incomplete system back to what customer was asked for at the first place. Also why would anyone wouldn’t want the off-grid function if the system is able to, and it’s a £14K system, not cheap.

I recently had solar panels installed by Renergy and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial consultation with David, through to the installation and final setup, the service was professional, efficient, and well organised. The installation itself was completed on time and to a very high standard. The fitters Jake, Aaron, Joe and Kieron were polite, tidy, and made sure everything was left clean and neat once the work was finished. Since the installation, the system has been working perfectly and I’ve already noticed a difference in my electricity usage. It feels great knowing I’m using renewable energy and reducing my energy bills at the same time. I don’t write reviews lightly — but Renergy Solutions deserve one. From day one, David approached this as a consultative project, not a “rack ’em, stack ’em and pack ’em” installation. We spent time discussing my energy consumption patterns, how I work from home, and how my Tesla fits into the equation. The recommendation felt engineered, not sold. I opted for • 14 × 475W all-black panels • 20kWh battery storage • 6kW hybrid inverter The install team were knowledgeable, polite and, most importantly, discreet. They had full access to my home and treated it with respect - and because I work from home, they consciously scheduled noisy works around my meetings. That level of consideration says a lot about a business. As someone who works in technology, I was equally impressed with the software. The app is intuitive, clean and genuinely useful — not an afterthought bolted onto hardware. It gives clear visibility and control of peaks and troughs without overcomplicating things. Overall, this felt like a properly designed energy system tailored to how we actually live; not just a standard ‘one size fits all’ package. Professional, thoughtful and technically sound. I recently had Renergy Solutions install a Solar syatem and EV charger and i am really happy with the whole install. From the first meeting to the completion i found the team to be friendly, easy to deal with and very proffessional. They took time to explain the system design, costs and expected performance without any pressure sales. They turned up and installed as scheduled, quality workmanship, neat and tidy. i asked that the cables be routed specifically out of sight although it was a difficult run, but Arron and David were very accommodating and no complaints. David made sure that i understood how to monitor the app and use the system. I would totally recommend Renergy Solutions.

I'm really happy I chose to use Renergy. I had about 5 quotes from different companies and the visit from John made Renergy stand out from the rest. They were very competitive and fair with their pricing. When you receive a quote there is no pushy sales or deadlines and you communicate with one person on a mobile phone which makes the whole experience really easy. John was really accommodating in making changes to my system spec and quote while I was exploring options. Once I had decided and paid a deposit the install was arranged at a time which suited me. Again, communication and planning was excellent so thanks Erin. On the day of the install they turn up with plenty of labour and work really quickly. I think the panels were up within 2 hours of arrival, and it was raining! All the engineers and roofers were really courteous and respectful of my home and the neighbours too and everything was done to a high standard. I opted for 13 panels over 3 roof sides, a SIGENSTORE 9kWh battery and a gateway system. I was set up on the app, shown how to use everything and the guys were more than happy to answer the questions I had on the day. Overall I can't recommend Renergy highly enough.

Had a heat pump fitted by Steve and the team. I genuinely can't recommend these folks highly enough. I was nervous moving off gas, but they made the whole installation process incredibly smooth, explained as they went along, and the finishing work is outstanding. I had alot of building work happening at the same time and they were super flexible working around other contractors in the house. Having thought about using Octopus to install, I am so glad I went with Reenergy. The flexibility in modifying designs and looks was so helpful and the system is working great.

I have worked in the sales and service business for 40 years and truly believe that regarless of whether a company sells a fantastic product, the true measure of how good the company is, is their service levels and how they respond when something goes wrong. I had a tiny issue with some anti bird netting coming off in a small area of my panels. Signifcant to me, but hardly the top of their priority list. The response I received was excellent. Fast, efficient, no excuses, just polite, professional service and my issue fixed within 48 hours. Service excellence has been my experience dealing with every member of this company since I first called them. As a result, I would recommend them to anyone interested in fitting solar panels.

Brilliant service from the renergy team from initial conversation all the way to install. Informative and supportive, the whole team know their stuff and are able to help with any question. It was surprisingly quick install and the installation team were friendly, careful and helpful as to where to place the equipment and run the cables. Would recommend 100%, the panels look slick too.

Renergy have just completed a solar panel installation with batteries at our property. It all happened over the space of a week, scaffolding up Monday, main installation on Wednesday and scaffold tear down on Friday. Each step very well planned and communicated by the installation office, and everything was executed exactly to that plan. A 3 man team did the install, 2 to get the panels up and the electrician to get it all connected up. Everything worked pretty much first time, with a couple of small tweaks. Really pleased we went with Renergy for our solar install. Design was great and the installation team worked really hard on a challenging cable run in horrific weather conditions. David, the surveyor, was thorough and suggested putting the equipment in a more challenging install location but it meant it was far more secure, this was something other companies didn’t want to do, presumably because it costs them more! Overall I’m really pleased with the works and we will use Renergy again for future eco upgrades.

I would recommend Renergy Solutions! After having solar panels, an inverter and a battery installed some time ago we have now had a charging station installed for an electric vehicle. We had a small problem with the charging point, but this was quickly solved by the technicians, who also helped with the use and the understanding of the related apps. Excellent company. From start to finish the service was top drawer. Survey, quote, advice all spot on. Then the install was an efficient and a smooth process. Having done my research for solar and battery, I decided to go with my local company Renergy Solutions, who were highly competitive in terms of price but also been in the business for several years. I wasn't disappointed with my choice, the team (David, Arron, Sol, John and Chae) were fantastic, professional, quick and courteous, any requests were dealt with without any problems. The install took a day and a few hours later that week for the lower roof once the scaffold was taken down, the setup was for18 Aiko 475W panels over three roofs, Sigenergy Inverter and Battery, a Sigenergy gateway and EV Charger. The install was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Renergy Solutions. Special thanks to Kayleigh (Business Support Manager) for answering all my endless questions and preparing the final quote.

If you’re looking for a reliable company to install solar panels and batteries, I can’t recommend Renergy highly enough. I recently had a 21 AICO panel system installed with a Sigenstor Inverter and Gateway, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. From the initial survey and planning, the team were open, transparent, and refreshingly honest, no pushy sales tactics, just straightforward advice. Communication was consistently excellent; they were always available to answer my questions and responded promptly every time. The scaffold team carried out their work with great care, ensuring minimal disruption. On installation day, a team of six arrived, and every one of them was outstanding. Jake installed our original solar system on behalf of another company. Despite being stitched up by an arrogant scaffolding firm, Jake soldiered on, lugging 7 panels one-handed up 3 storeys of ladders in order to get the job done in one day. As a result, when we decided to add a second battery, we did not hesitate to call Jake directly. Jake and Renergy had the job surveyed, quoted, invoiced and installed in a matter of days with the same phenomenal work ethic. Very, very impressed. Would highly recommend.

After seeking some quotes from national companies, I contacted Renergy who are on our doorstep. Very efficient and a competitive desktop quote was provided for 16 panels and 10kw battery. I had some questions related to the quote and required the armoured cable to not be exposed when connecting to the battery in the garage. Prashant visited the property explained the install process and solution to run the cable under the slabs. The installation team (Tom, Aron, David and another electrician) were great on the day. Very friendly and professional with their jobs. Tom and David provided helpful tips/suggestions on using the system efficiently and which tariff to choose. Armoured cable from roof was hidden behind the down pipe and taken under the slabs - very neat job! After the install they tidied up and took all the rubbish. I ordered a solar PV and battery system from Renergy Solutions having had a bad experience earlier in the year from a cowboy supplier. The whole process was smooth and efficient, from the initial contact, the quotation and then the installation. The fitters and electrician were first class and very helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering PV and/or a battery. Renergy have recently gone that extra mile after I suffered a battery fault and then a sensitive breaker tripping. Their service is excellent. When I move house, I'll be using them again. Hopefully to install a Tesla Powerwall or two.

I had been researching the market for several years and was waiting for the introduction of high-capacity, high-temperature Air Source Heat Pumps. This is because we have a large house with microbore central heating and an extension with underfloor heating. I asked 3 companies to quote and the quotation from Renergy was substantially lower than the other two, both of which proposed more complicated installations (in one case involving twin ASHP’s). Renergy were much quicker to respond to my enquiry and very professional. They were also very efficient, friendly and considerate, going out of their way to be helpful including offering to replace two radiators I had purchased without charging for the work. The installation took 4 days and we were without hot water for less than I day. It is very pleasant to find a company employing genuinely nice people who are very competitive on price and deliver on their promises. Highly recommended.

We had 12 solar panels and 2 6.5 KwH batteries installed and in the 2.5 years that we have had them, we have seen amazing savings to our utility bills, this is even whilst I am running an electric car. Renergy Solutions has provided me with the best solution in terms of quality/cost ratio. The staff are friendly, helpful and timely. I was happy with the installation of the solar array, except for the fact that the rooftop breathable membrane was ripped by the installer at 10 locations, as the tiles were raised and put back in place. But worry not, since Renergy repaired the membrane soon after I raised the issue, and so it all ended up well. Recommended.

I wanted a local leicester company that has been around for a while with a proven track record. Fitting is one thing but after care is as important. We were having trouble with our solar panel inverter. Renergy checked it and gave good advice. Eventually we had to have a new inverter which was promptly and quickly installed. We now have a "dongle" monitoring the energy from the panels. Thank you to Alex for the advice and helping us to set up the app. His enthusiasm for green energy is infectious!

The installation was of my father's property but I dealt with the company on a day to day basis. The installation team are a credit to the company but the office team leave a lot to be desired. Incorrect paperwork was an issue from the start, no full site inspection was carried out so we decided what installation was best for us rather than being guided by the 'professionals.' They pushed a battery purchase 'because it was good to have' without really explaining what that means and whilst they are prompt at recovering monies owed they are not so prompt with the scaffold removal. The office team needs to improve, they need to pay customers more attention rather than just getting the job done. I wouldn't recommend them based on our experience but hopefully improvements can be made.

Renergy installed a solar panel system and EV charger for me. The service was professional, quick and the people are all very helpful. The system was up and running straight away after installation. We haven't had any issues since. The system has reduced our use of electricity from the grid by 95%. Well worth it. I would highly recommend Renergy Solutions. A good reliable local business.

Renergy solutions have exceeded my expectations at every stage of my recent solar panel installation. From the initial quotation, that I received incredibly quickly, right through to the aftercare, these guys are amazing! The quote I received, whilst very slightly higher than another quote I obtained, was far better value with an additional 1.5kW of panels and a larger inverter. For me they were hands down the best value for money with a very comprehensive quote that I could understand. Renergy Solutions managed to fit me in for an installation super quickly, within a couple of weeks after accepting the quote the panels were in and I was generating my own power! He immediately inspired us with confidence that he could give well informed answers to questions about which solution would best suit our situation. So we invited him over to discuss choices and to give quotes. At no point did we feel he was into hard selling! We agreed we would make up our minds and get back to him thereafter. Which we did and he immediately gave us dates for the installation of 8 PV panels on our garage roof, plus a solar i boost to attach to the water immersion tank. Two chaps (both a pleasure to meet) came on time , on the selected date, and did the installation with great efficiency inside a day, and tidied up behind themselves.

Installation of 17 Solar Panels to my domestic property 24th August 2020 Tim Francis from Renergy Solutions carried out the initial survey at my property on the 28th July arriving promptly on time and provided me with the information I was looking for, he gave excellent advice and even advised me against spending more money than I may have done! The 17 Solar Panel installation was the recommended outcome. This initial survey was further backed up by several prompt email responses to my endless enquiring emails. The initial meeting on site, vital in my opinion, provided me with the confidence that I was seeking in an industry I have little knowledge. I had received 4 written quotations at this point but, with no offers to visit, look at my property or discuss matters face to face. The quotation that followed was simple and easy to understand as was the contractual staged payments. From the start to finish of the installation, it was seamless with no problems. The installing contractors were professional and worked very hard during the installation ensuring that at all times I was aware of what work was being carried out both inside and outside my property including discussions on the final panel configuration on the roof. An instant solution with an almost instant implementation, stop thinking about it, get it done and my advise ... talk to Tim about batteries, just imagine being locked down without power! ... Time to "be prepared" for the things that we take for granted, may not always be there. I've had two of Tim's systems implemented on my property a 5kw and 4.5kw, I also had the privilege in over seeing the work that he did on a neighbours property, a huge 10kw system that was implemented with absolute perfection... One of the reasons we chose Renergy was the fact they were local. Prashant came round on a Sunday to have a look before he quoted. No pressure follow up calls, unlike other companies. The team sent us a really detailed quote and translated some of the more technical terms. Panels, inverter and battery all fitted well and on the day and they explained everything they were doing, whilst they were working. Very happy with them, After sales is good as they always respond quickly. Currently got an issue with the inverter shutting down, but with Prashants help and advice were getting it sorted. If we had used another company, we would still be waiting for someone to come round as most based about 3hrs away! Keep it local, they are a gem, maybe not the cheapest, but no hidden costs, no tie-ins or caveats (is you have to use their finance or a certain supp!ier). Would recommend.

We had a couple of firms visit and quote for our solar panels but Tim aka Solarman was by far preferable. He is a very likeable man (although that in itself should not be the deciding reason). There is so much technical cottage information provided – more than we would comprehend. We have been dealing with Prashant Patel of Renergy Solutions for about a year. During this time he has helped us with the premature failure of our Solax inverter and replaced our generation meter. At all times he has carefully explained the various technical problems, and found us solutions. He is always punctual, his work is reliable and reasonably priced. He has even answered technical questions about the equipment some months after its installation.
