Reviews
4.4
Critical Power Supplies Ltd customers report helpful support when choosing products, with one reviewer saying Chris found a suitable alternative after their first choice was discontinued. One reviewer was unhappy after being recommended a different UPS that proved unsuitable, had to return it, and was charged a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping; they say they were badly advised. Another reviewer felt well supported and happy with the recommendation and product, and one said Chris dealt with a delivery at short notice. A further reviewer said a stock shortage was put right, with options explained and quick delivery, and one described resolving problems as good.
Great customer experience. The product I wanted was discontinued, but Chris got in contact straight away and was very helpful in finding a suitable alternative.
Very bad experience I'm afraid. I had contacted the company regarding a UPS and after explaining what I need it for, was recommended a different unit. After it got delivered it turned out to be unsuitable for my needs and I had to return it. The company then told me they would keep a 15% restocking fee. So I've lost £270 + had to pay for return shipping. They companies response was "you should have read the specs". I feel I was badly advised and will certainly not use this company anymore. I recommend everybody to look for other shops with better customer service.
As a novice in the arena I felt well supported and listened to throughout the journey and am very happy with the recommendations and product I was given. Chris was excellent throughout making sure I was comfortable and confident in the approach and solutions delivered. I will add more about delivery if relevant once the products arrive.
Competetive pricing, excellent communications and servcie in general. Chris Heath expertly dealt with our delivery at short notice. Many thanks
Excellent service, thank you.
From first query to delivery took a week, which I think is brilliant. Pre and post sales support from Chris was/is excellent. It has been a pleasure.
Thank you especially to Jason for pulling out all the stops to put right an initial problem and frustration with a stock shortage and for his time in getting to understand our requirements, talking me through other options available and providing those other options at a very competitive price with subsequent quick delivery. Superb Service, Thank You.
Good at resolving problems
