EV Made Easy Ltd

The installer was terrific. Thank you for a great service.

Rob was extremely courteous, helpful and thorough in the way he did his work. I can’t commend him highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Rob from EV Made Easy was superb. Great knowledge and advice; friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Fast, efficient and professional. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Completely satisfied with the installation of my EV charger. Turned up as informed, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

Very professional, polite, cleaned up afterwards. Discussed the installation at length happy to show the steps of the installation and answer questions throughout. Considerate regarding the routing, ensured all holes drilled were sealed afterwards, a competent and pleasant team. This was part of a car purchase so response time is not really relevant, these guys even called me to say they could to the install a day early if I was available. Their work has done a lot to repair the ill feeling due to a lack of support from Ohme.

Ryan and his assistant arrived spot on the agreed time. They started work immediately. Power was turned off for a very short time while the electrical connection was made. Everything went smoothly and my charger was up and running in a very quick time frame. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody wanting the services they offer.

Babak was great with the installation

Great install, professional and was very quick

Great service, fitted quickly and efficiently, was explained well when finished thank you

Kept us informed of arrival time, installed quickly and neatly, and cleaned up after he had finished. Explained operation of charger. Can't comment on price, as paid for by car dealer via an intermediary.

Rob did a fantastic job. Explained what was going on, how everything worked and left everything nice and tidy.

Efficient and accommodating. Great service. Thank you.

My car charger stopped working and this was reported to OHME. A service call was logged and the engineer turned up within the week and fixed the issue under warranty. From start to finish this was an easy process, dealt with over the phone at first and the engineer kept me fully informed of date and time he was arriving. He was 1/2 hour early and carried out the work promptly and efficiently, well done Rob

Great, friendly service from Howard and all seems to be working properly now. Thanks!

Howard kept me up to date on day of installation. Quick and efficient installation, and made sure everything was working before he left. Would definitely recommend

Hi Ryan, thanks for a really good, professional job. Well done! This was an installation for my first EV but my 7th or 8th Motability vehicle Good advice & guidance, a speedy and really neat installation, great interaction - what's not to like? A long ride from home to us, Ryan, but I hope we made you feel at home. You can certainly take pride in a really great job, well done & a very big "thank you" from us both. Kind regards J&P.

Ryan informed the evening before what time he would arrive the next morning.. they arrived on time. Cracked straight on, were very clean and tidy and finished everything to a very high standard!! Really happy

Great guys very clued up nice clean job

Happy with Ryans work today fitting my home charger. Ryan explained what work was required and kept me informed during the installation and then explained the charger and its features at the end.

Install of cord charger was completed satisfactorily, however installer was not interested in hanging around to make sure the app connected and charged the car properly. After many calls to Cord over 2 days we eventually got it up and running. Unfortunately the charger was faulty, so had to be switched. Second installer completed the physical install satisfactorily, but again was rushed and wasn't interested in helping us set up the app. He couldn't find our Internet and left us to call Cord customer services again and sort it out ourselves. After another lengthy few hours we finally got it sorted over the phone. Both times we were advised by Cord that the installer should have waited until it was working properly. Not impressed and wonder what we were paying for as surely getting the charger connected and working is part of the job.

I cannot praise the installer Howard enough. Punctual, professional, polite and helpful beyond words. I can highly recommend him and EV Made Easy

The installer was absolutely brilliant. He was really friendly, understanding and immediately put me at ease, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. He was also incredibly tidy and respectful of my home, and took real care throughout the installation. He was a credit to Ohme, and they should be genuinely proud to have someone like him representing the company. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very happy with service provided. Rob the gentleman who installed the ev charger was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend.

New charger installed, Howard notified me the night before what time he would arrive and turned up on time. All fitted and ensured I was setup and connected on the Ohme app before he left. Cant fault this service.

Great workmanship, polite, explained what and how the work would be undertaken. Would definitely use again.

From initial text advising on arrival time to checking on how charger was to be positioned, installer was friendly, effective and carried out a tidy install, after which he assisted and ran through setting up and using the Ohme app.

The chap was approachable with any questions I had in regards to my home charge point. Cleaned up after himself and took everything away with him. Would highly recommend.

Turned up on time carried out a swap out on my charger 5* service they are a credit to Ohme and if I ever need any work in the future I would definitely be contacting them.

The team were very professional and efficient, got the job done and explained how everything worked. Would 100% recommend

Babak did a great job and made sure the place was left clean. Was a complicated job and he was able to get it done.

We had this company install our EV charger in Nottingham through Ohme’s website. The engineer phoned when he was on the way and carried out the work quickly and professionally. The install was straight forward but still neat, tidy and quick. Very easy process and no stress at all.

Super impressed with the EV charger installation. It was easy from start to finish and handled by a very professional and polite technician. I had a non-standard setup, but they engineered a smart, elegant solution and executed it perfectly. Quick, clean, and completely stress-free!"

Absolutely outstanding experience with EV Made Easy from start to finish. My property wasn’t the easiest installation. A previous attempt with another installer had actually been aborted because they couldn’t find a suitable cable route due to an obstructed air brick, so I was expecting problems this time around. Babak attended with two colleagues and they were absolutely brilliant. They worked extremely well as a team, discussing the different options, bouncing ideas off each other and ultimately finding a solution to a problem that had previously stopped the installation altogether. Rather than giving up, Babak and his team found an alternative cable route and successfully installed my Ohme Home Pro exactly where I wanted it. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, clean and tidy throughout. Babak also took the time to talk me through everything, explain what they were doing and make sure I was completely happy with the finished installation. We tested the charger with my EV before they left and it worked perfectly straight away. Going from a previously aborted installation to a fully working home charger was a fantastic result. A huge thank you to Babak and his team, and to EV Made Easy for an excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars without hesitation — highly recommended.

Installation was quick and hassle free. Rob turned up early, we clarified where I wanted the charger, taking into account the connections required and after installing he clearly explained how it all worked, the safety cut offs and what I needed to do with the accompanying app. All in all, an efficient, friendly and painless service. Would recommend.

Babak provided excellent oversight, ensuring everything was done professionally, on time, and to a high standard. The team was polite, tidy, and communicated clearly throughout. They left the site clean and the charger working perfectly. This was a complete turnaround from the initial issues, and I’m very happy with the final result. Flawless installation and 5-star service from Rob! Our EV charger was arranged via Ohme, who outsourced the physical fitting to EVmadeeasy—and I couldn't be happier with the service. The night before the installation, Rob from EVmadeeasy got in touch via SMS to confirm his exact arrival time, and he arrived spot on time the next morning. He was incredibly efficient, careful, and patient. Before drilling any holes, he took the time to discuss placement options for the Ohme Pro charger to ensure there would be plenty of play in the cable to comfortably reach my Volvo when it arrives. The quality of the electrical fitting was top-notch. All the wires were neatly and carefully put together. Rob then took the time to walk me through the setup, explaining exactly what each of the switches, circuit breakers, and fuses were for and what to check for in the future. He even ensured I had the Ohme app installed and fully ready to go before he left. The entire job took about 3 hours, the electricity was only switched off for a maximum of 15 minutes, and Rob left the place immaculately clean. I highly recommend EVmadeeasy and Rob for a professional, clean, and stress-free installation!

Lovely neat job and really nice and polite installer 10/10

I arranged for a EV chargepoint installation via Ohme. That meant I wasn’t choosing who would do the installation, which isn’t how I would normally arrange things. In this case it worked out well and Josh did a great job. My install was probably about as simple as it gets, but that just meant that it was carried out really quickly. Before leaving Josh confirmed that my car was able to charge and then cleared up any mess. I’d happily recommend EV Made Easy based on my experience.

Great service, friendly guys, made it look easy.

Very efficient and friendly installation. Babak explained how the whole charging process works and all the steps to follow for all eventualities. Thank you!

We had ev made easy to install or ohme charger via mobility , to be honest the install was average at best, after discussion with the lead engineer , the cable was installed in the wrong place, the install is no up to standard, we supplied the lead engineer to a cup of tea, we never got the mug back and a laim excuse as to where it was , I wouldn’t recommend this company as on a return visit to refit the cable we thought, turned out to be a wasted trip as they only came to pick up the rubbish they left originally, poor install and follow up!

Excellent service from the EV charger installation team. They were professional, punctual, and carried out the work to a high standard. The installation was neat and tidy, with everything cleaned up properly afterwards. Very happy with the overall experience.

Very quick and efficient. Explained everything very well

Banal and his co worker Ali texted their arrival time on the morning of Christmas Eve and arrived on time at 08:00. They assessed the installation and discussed with me a couple of different routes for the cabling. We agreed on what needed to happen and they proceeded to get to work. The fuse box is in a cupboard so space is tight to fit the circuit breaker as well as actually work. The pair worked diligently and once all was installed they cleaned the area they were working in and then took me through the use of the app and what I needed to do once my car arrived in the New Year. They were both courteous and friendly and completed the install in under 3 hours. They did a really great job and I’m very pleased with how it all turned out. Well done guys!

After reporting a charging issue to OHME a few days later Tom & Zuriel returned to check it out on their way home from another job.
