Elite Electrical Fire & Security Ltd is praised for alarm, CCTV and door entry work, with several reviewers noting that the team explained how the systems work. Reviewers also describe tidy installations and helpful communication, and some mention the business looking after systems over several years. One reviewer said the company found and fixed errors from a previous alarm fitting, and another praised the linking of an alarm to CCTV across outbuildings. However, two reviewers reported poor aftercare: one said CCTV issues went unresolved for weeks with poor communication, and another said they went four and a half months without a working alarm while trying to get calls answered.
Matt did a great job setting up our alarm system. He was very responsive in setting up the appointment and even followed up to help me set up the appointment after I’d messed it up.
I recently had a full CCTV system and burglar alarm installed at my property by Bucks Fire And Security Ltd, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Matt, the engineer who carried out the work, was absolutely excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before and after the installation. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it’s clear that great care and attention to detail went into every part of the job. The team installed a complete CCTV system around my property along with a main wired burglar alarm in the house. What really impressed me was their ability to integrate alarms into several outbuildings on my property, all of which now work seamlessly in conjunction with the main system. Everything is linked perfectly and gives me great peace of mind knowing the entire property is properly protected. The installation was neat, tidy, and completed to a very high standard. Matt made sure everything was set up correctly and took the time to walk me through how to use the system, which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend Bucks Fire And Security Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable, professional security company. Fantastic service, great workmanship, and a genuinely helpful engineer. Thank you again to Matt and the team.
Dont bother, not interested in customer support just interested in getting the install money off you. I have just seen your response, you did receive complaints from us, we spent 4 and a half months without an alarm trying to get you to answer calls, and fix the issue, because Texecom were not interested and kept referring us to our installer. We ended up with another supplier because of the lack of response.
Bucks Security have been looking after intruder alarm, door entry and CCTV at our home for the last 15 years. Had them over today for a full day of upgrades to our CCTV and door entry system, including linking our intruder alarm to the CCTV so we receive notifications if anyone enters our drive or garden. Matt & Craig have always given us fabulous service and great advice as to the best products to choose. When they were here we decided to upgrade more of the door entry than we planned and they mananged to get the extra screens and equipment delivered to our door within 90 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a security install or refresh.
Great company, quality install of our CCTV, fire & alarms systems. Highly recommend
Can highly recommend Matt. Very efficient with a keen attention to detail. Matt came out and diagnosed the problems immediately and put right errors in previous alarm fitting as well as service our alarm and take over the maintenance contract. A very professional service from start to finish with excellent communication.
The best home security company we have used. Professional from the first appointment to the final installation, I have no hesitation to recommend this company.
Bucks fire and security supplied and installed a home alarm system... Competitively priced when compared to other local specialist providers. Craig visited to install the alarm... Was diligent in his work. Happy with work completed. Thank you.
As well as replacing our old home security system without rewiring in a tidy and professional manner they also advised and sorted FOC a glitch we had in our office smoke detection system. Can't recommend them more highly. Nick, a chartered Engineer
Matt and the team were prompt and attentive - great service and always on hand to answer any queries. Would definitely recommend.
Probably the best company I have had the pleasure of working with in my 20 odd years of business. After being let down by other Alarm companies over an over again, sometimes being left 3 weeks without an alarm!! Bucks Security are a breath of fresh air. They did a full takeover of our alarm system, and are at the end of the phone when you need them to sort out issues straight away. They also do a lot more than alarms, and have advised me on internet and Cloud phone issues. Highly recommend. Glad I found you guys.
Great revamping of our ancient system. Craig was extremely helpful in explaining how everything works. Very tidy and efficient. Highly recommended
I found Bucks Security very efficient when upgrading my alarm system recently. The work itself was very neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Bucks Security to anyone and Matt is very keen to do a good job.
Bucks security installed some new cameras on my property. They were responsive and got the job done quickly. I would recommend them for any security needs.
They were good for an alarm service, which was competitively priced. They also did a clean CCTV installation though it was delayed. However there have been countless issues with the CCTV that have gone unresolved for weeks. The after care and communication is not good.
Brilliant, professional friendly people. Very clean and prompt.
Excellent knowledge and service. They upgraded the alarm system and CCTV in our home and outbuildings by reusing existing parts that were ok and replacing parts that were old. Kept us informed throughout and stuck to the agreed budget. Efficient and friendly. I can highly recommend Bucks Security.
The team are Fab, and work/knowledge is superb
Just had our Alarm & CCTV installed. Excellent service by Matt throughout, competitively priced, very knowlegable on latest security technology. Answered all of my many questions and the installtion was propt and smooth. Would definetly recommend
Excellent service from Matt & his team as normal, nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Prompt & reliable so would recommend.
These guys are hard working, knowledgeable, trustworthy and at all times professional. I would not hesitate in recommending them for electrical, Audio / Visual, home automation and security work.
Customer is clearly king for these guys. Very efficient, very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Matt even came to a call out at 11pm when a tenant at one of our rental properties had an issue. I would recommend and will 100% use them again for everything home security related.
Top guys, great service and advice. Turn up when they say they will, do what they say they will, charge what they say they will - We'd certainly recommend using them and will definitely use again in the future.
Great service from bucks security ltd, very knowledgeable, and they explain everything you need to know thoroughly, would highly recommend using them, a proffessional and very friendly team.
Found bucks security after looking locally for fair priced alarm fitters. They did a great job with the alarm and also explained how it worked with the response and app settings.
