TR Electrical

Exceptional service. Contact the company out of hours, gone 10pm, and got a reply straight away. Was promised an early am appointment the next day, a weekend, and arrived as promised. Helpful, polite and eager to get power back on for us. With a disabled person in the home needing specialist equipment to run couldn't ask for a more efficient service. Will highly recommend to all who ask if I know a good electrician.

Solved our electrical problem in minutes, quick, polite, great service. His numbers now in our phone for all future electrical work.

He was a pleasure to have around.

Couldn’t recommend T R Electrical highly enough! Tom came out to identify an electrical fault and also installed an outside light for me. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s refreshing to find a tradesperson who clearly knows their stuff and communicates so well. The work was done to a great standard and I had complete confidence in Tom throughout. Will absolutely be using T R Electrical again for any future electrical work — don’t hesitate to get in touch with them!

Great service from a small local firm. Very impressed by Tom's thorough checking of my electrical installation, and the resourceful way in which he quickly fixed any problems found.

Knowing nothing about electrics or lighting, I had no idea what was needed to replace the malfunctioning sensor lights at my property. Tom at TR Electrical was knowledgeable, experienced and methodical. He was very easy to communicate with, and responded same day to my queries. On the day of the work, Tom and his colleague Fudge worked seamlessly as a team to do all the work, and I hardly knew they were in the house. I am really happy with the results, and TR Electrical will always be my first contact if future electrical work is required.

Tom is extremely conscientious, professional and polite. I felt very comfortable with him being in the house. He did a great job so I 100% recommend him and will definitely have him back in the future.

I can’t recommend Tom highly enough. If you are looking for a courteous, respectful of person and property, prompt, reliable, honest, tidy and really helpful electrician, Tom is that electrician. From my first inquiry Tom responded promptly. I needed an electrician to do a second fix on my summerhouse that had just been installed. Tom came to do the quote, explaining what would be required, and what might possibly be required. I received a quote and a price for possible additional works needed very promptly and the work was carried out shortly after at a time suitable for me, (in the end no additional work was required). Tom clarified with me t all that I wanted doing and where I wanted sockets, switches and light fittings so there was no ambiguity. As a retired female living on my own, I felt very comfortable with Tom in my home. I’m delighted with my summer and the neatness of the work, all certified, and with prompt receipt of the compliance certificate. I have now asked Tom to install an Electric Car Charger.

Great service, will definitely be my go to if I need any electrical work doing in the future. Thank you both.

Really pleased to have found Tom - good communication, helpful, friendly, punctual, and a high standard of work. No hesitation in recommending him.

Excellent work , couldn't fault his work and professionally attitude

Tom Ridley was punctual polute and efficient...not overpriced and I am confident he was honest in his assessment of the state of the electrics. I will recommend his services to friends.

Incredible service that is so hard to find anymore. I booked Tom to fix the gas earthing lead that was not attached. On the day he called to say he had a cancellation and could attend straight away. Having a work meeting for half an hour he said he would come after my meeting. He arrived on time and completed the work. While talking to him he was telling me that he does not take on too many jobs at the same time as so many tradesmen do as he prefers to be able to complete the work he commits to without the stress of worrying about rushing back and forth between jobs. He was extremely polite, obviously knew what he was talking about and came across as so genuine. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and will certainly use him again if he needs arises.

Very pleased with the work that Tom has done. Very polite and cleaned up any mess. Also explained everything clearly. I would not hesitate to call up Tom to do any work in the future. A.D.
