What a complete waste of time

A lovely man called Ryan Ellis came to fix my window handle and also cut the offending bush down that was hindering the window .went above and beyond. A credit to Comserve

Had a lovely workman named Paul came out today came for a particular job which couldn't be done today rang up and made an appointment to have someone to come out at a day and time to suit me .whilst here he did three little jobs .He was extremely nice and curtious.with a very nice manner.

Amazing Service

We had a real nice guy called Martin come out and rectify an unfinished job from other builders in rothwell colse today and we would like to say how nice and cheerful he was and what a wonderful job he has done and to thank him very much.

I think the agent that I spoke to originally, when i called on behalf of my mum, could benefit from abit of Customer Service Training. I suffer from Mental Health so at times my voice may be raised but in no way did I abuse her. It would have been easier for her to transfer me somewhere else instead of handle my concerms which is poor customer service. Sorry. Im just being honest. May i suggest some training that helps agents handle those types of calls as we all deserve to be treated like humans. Thank you x

Had a new kitchen from council kitchen fitters was brilliant (sub contractors) all I got to say is the supervisor and staff on phone of comerve are so rude and Leary I’ve never known it, in the 4 weeks I’ve had to deal with them I think I have put in 4 or more complaints about the rudeness you get when you phone up and how your spoke to when a supervisor comes out I would name him but not sure I am allowed I think it’s disgusting and council need to sort this company out 😡

Used as Council repairs. We've had stain on wall for ages and decided to have it looked at. They've investigated by removing bricks and now they've left us with a leaking wall which never leaked down the walls before and is now getting to electrics. They've left us in a worse state than before with a "28 days maybe" timeframe for real repairs. This has been going on over a month with 10 odd visits, multiple people here and 2 supervisors and we're worse off with MORE damage to our property than when we called it in. And of course, there's no weekend teams to help. Unacceptable.

Even in covid you have to wait over an hour. To much waiting around

A big thank you to sam who came to sort out a electric problem, I found him very polite, he took great pride in his work, and took time to tell me what had to be done and how he was going to do it, if only all trades men were like him ,a pleasure to meet him.

Brilliant service

Comserve came to fix our windows on 26th September, because air was getting through. Well, the guy did a great job, because not only have we noticed our flat is warmer, but we cannot hear the motorway, which we could before. Well done. Great job.

Honestly wish that they would do the job properly first time

Had the majority of bathroom installed today. Shower + Rail and Curtain, Extractor, Tiling. It's an entirely (no pun intended) different room! The Chap was fantastic and has arranged for the floor tiles to be laid down tomorrow. We are absolutely delighted. Many, many thanks. A wonderful Christmas present!
