Customers of Hannington Gilbert & Co LTD report good experiences with solar panel and home battery installations, with one reviewer saying Dave explained each step and left a clean, safe workplace. Several reviewers describe clean, tidy work, and one says the team arrived on time and did the job quickly. One reviewer calls the electricians first class and another says all work was done properly, while another reports fair pricing. A different reviewer was disappointed with poor quality, defective products that had to be replaced and slow, unhelpful responses after several phone calls, and also found the service expensive.
I recently had the pleasure to have Dave install solar panels on my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless. Dave took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions with patience, and designed an install that would maximize the efficiency of my new solar system. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout. Thanks to their hard work, I'm already seeing a noticeable drop in my energy bills. I highly recommend Dave and his team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and customer service is top-notch!
Really disappointing products installed which had to be replaced because they were poor quality and defective. Took numerous phone calls before call outs were completed. Very poor customer service. Not particularly responsive. Slow to respond. Not helpful and expensive.
Had my GivEnergy home battery installed by Dave. He’s a great guy and I’m very happy with the install. Definitely recommend.
