Terrible driver
Luke and Frank came round after we’d had no hot water for a week. They were lovely, chatty, quick and explained everything they were doing and what we should do if anything else happened. Lovely to have in our home!

Luke was great. Friendly, efficient and punctual. Happy with the work. One issue, the light fixtures installed didn't all match (one warm yellow light compared to the others natural white) but that is fine, it was difficult to tell from the packaging and they promised to return to change it.

Five stars, absolutely deserved. Luke is a really lovely guy, polite, warm and easy to talk to from the moment he arrived. He got straight to it, made space for himself without any fuss and had everything sorted in no time. He explained what he was doing and before he left, he showed us how to change and clean the filter and made sure we knew everything was working as it should. Huge thanks to Darren for helping us out during a complete power outage in our flat. He checked everything thoroughly, explained the issues clearly, and went above and beyond by helping me deal with the energy provider. He was relentless in getting the problem sorted, and thanks to him we finally got power (and heating!) back on, which was a lifesaver in January. Really professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about getting things fixed. Highly recommend!
Wow wow wow. So far....I wish every company was as effective as this. Engineer turned up early, carried out the work in an hour. Fixed a longstanding lighting fault that I've had numerous people look at, both electricians and roofers, and spent thousands in potential solution works. I was so relieved, being the landlord, as was the tenant. Darren was superb. More work needs to be done to fix permanently, which I will have done ASAP. Communication was faultless. I totally recommend and will hold on to this contact for future electrical issues. I hope the quote for the works is reasonable and can be done as seamlessly as this! It really was such a relief. Darren C is the best in the game. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood what he was doing which was a breath of fresh air. He also ensured that the whole experience was smooth and clear. Probably the best electrical engineer I’ve ever seen and I would 1000000% recommend him. I can not stress on it enough, get Darren to look at your electrical issues, because you won’t have to worry about anything, he’ll take care of it for you.

After two other electricians couldn’t fix our lighting issue, Emily was assigned to the job—and she got it sorted quickly and professionally. She knew exactly what she was doing and explained everything clearly.
Luke and Mason did some work in my flat today and did a sterling job. They had a number of different tasks to do (fitting plug sockets, PAT testing, fitting lights, extractor fan, heat alarm and smoke alarm) and did all of them very efficiently and without any disruption at all. The jobs were done to a top quality despite their speed and both of them were incredibly friendly and personable. Thank you!

Great communication via email with Ken and Mollie with getting quotes and booking in a time that suits me. Luke just came and completed the works on my faulty electric heater and even explained the issue that may have caused the fault, which he fixed first before starting the replacement with a whole new heater in case it was just this minor fault. Unfortunately the heater did need the full replacement. He was very quick and made sure to check everything was working perfectly before he left. He even reset my timer programs on the new heater. Great experience overall. Initially had a fan fitted that did not work, however they quickly responded and sent Stefan to fix, who explained everything clearly and replaced the faulty fan very quickly.

To repair poorly fitted sockets installed by kitchen fitters. I was recommended this company by Hampton Estate agents, they have been very professional over the past couple of years. You receive photographs, estimates and follow up details. The photograph is the socket behind the fridge freezer installed by kitchen fitters, shocking! Thankfully now safe and fitted correctly.

The company's processing of personal data falls foul of GDPR and needs to be improved. After moving out of a rental property a while back, we keep getting calls and emails from Sheaworks re arranging works at the old address. We explained many times that we no longer live there, and pleaded with the company to remove our phones and emails from their database. Yet they keep pestering us with calls, wasting their own time and showing no reaction to the request to remove our personal data.
