16 x Solar Panels plus Home Battery Install. Redbridge & Sons in conjunction with Steve Unett Solar Are amazing! For "Redbridge & Sons": Ben Holden carried out the initial survey, gave honest advice and prepared the quote in a very timely and efficient manner. Alicia and Bee were the two electricians who carried out all electrical work and home battery installation. They were very efficient and very clean through out their two days of the install. All cabling encased in PVC sheathing very neatly where wiring was run from solar panels to home battery, which was a very long run of cabling, in cupboards and garage. We hardly knew they were they were here, quietly going about their business. Josh gave me excellent tuition on how to use the home battery App. For "Steve Unett Solar": The four man team consisting of Steve Unett, his son Taylor Unett and two staff members (didn't catch their names) work so well as a well oiled machine. The sixteen panels were fitted and connected by lunch time. Very clean and tidy. A pleasure to have them working at my property. Steve Unett has done various kinds of work for me over the past 40+ years (T.V Aerials/satellite systems/Security Cameras etc). It was due to his link with Redbridge & Sons that I chose them, knowing Steve Unett would not affiliate himself with a company who had standard less than his own. I highly recommend these two companies either working together or individually as separate companies.

We recently had an Air Source Heat Pump and Solar PV with battery storage installed through the Bristol City Leap / Warm Homes grant scheme, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, communication was excellent. Steph and the back-office team kept everything moving smoothly, were always responsive when needed, and made what could have been a complex process feel straightforward and stress-free. A special mention to Dave, who carried out the design and heat loss calculations. It was clear that a significant amount of thought and expertise went into designing the system correctly rather than simply replacing like-for-like. The resulting radiator selections and system design gave us confidence that the installation would perform as intended. The installation teams were outstanding. Professional, courteous, tidy, and incredibly efficient throughout. What impressed us most was that they simply got on with the job with minimal fuss while keeping us informed at every stage. The ASHP installation was completed in just four days: Day 1: Boiler removed, primary pipework installed (requiring some floorboards to be lifted), old emitters removed, and a new consumer unit/fuse board fitted. Day 2: New emitters installed. Despite moving to a heat pump system, the radiator sizes were very reasonable and in many cases comparable in size to the originals thanks to the detailed design work. Day 3: Water and hot water services restored. Day 4: Heat pump installed, commissioned, and fully handed over. One tip for anyone having a similar installation: decorate behind your existing radiator locations before the new emitters are fitted—you may never get a better opportunity! The handover was excellent and made operating the new system very straightforward. I'd recommend taking a quick video of the explanation for future reference, although the system itself is surprisingly simple to use. The Solar PV installation was equally impressive, with the panels installed in a single day and the inverter and battery installation completed shortly afterwards. Again, the team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. We are exceedingly happy with the finished result. The quality of workmanship, professionalism of everyone involved, speed of installation, and overall customer experience have been first-class throughout. We genuinely could not recommend the team more highly. If you're considering an ASHP or Solar PV installation, especially through the Bristol City Leap / Warm Homes programme, you can be confident you're in very good hands.

Very pleased with our new solar panels and the service we received from Redbridge & Sons. Everyone we spoke with was polite, helpful, and knew their stuff. We were up and running in no time and the support we've received has been fab. Really can't fault them at all. They put the panels up on a south facing roof during a heat wave. I thought they would cancel or take extra time as a result, but they didn't.They came prepared, worked hard, got the job done in half the expected time, and even cleaned up afterwards! Every time I've asked a question or sent an email, I get a super speedy, helpful and full response. Would highly recommend!

The whole process went very well, right from the initial conversations and quote, through the surveys etc and then the installation which was very professionally done.  The friendly team were good at taking time to consult and to explain the system and how to work the app as well.
