Neptune Building Services Ltd

Great experience with the team, Matt in particular was brilliant! Thanks!

Started using Neptune recently and Matt in Contracts has been an excellent help. The service is really good. Only 4 stars at the moment as new, but sure this will increase.

Nice little club, warm welcome. Membership and venue hire reasonable. Good range of drinks and snacks, kids welcome and dogs, a proper family club.

Neptune recently supplied and fitted an air conditioning system for our home. From the first point we contacted them, we found them to be highly professional, knowledgable, helpful and able to offer a good price against the market. The Contracts Manager (Kevin O’Durney) helped us to work out which system best suited our needs and budget, doing so in a amenable way without putting any pressure on us. When the time came for the system to be installed, the installation team (led by Ash and Aled) worked diligently, were very polite and caused us the minimum of disruption. We’ve now had the system for around 4 months and have found it more than meets our needs and expectations. Neptune have been great at ironing out any minor teething issues and, so far, we’re delighted with the performance of the system and the service we’ve received.

Very good and responsive company. I have always had fully competent, knowledgeable and helpful engineers come out and the office team are always helpful too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
