Premier Property Services (Scotland) Ltd

Full house rewire was carried out and the initial work itself appeared satisfactory. When a fault later developed that required attention, communication became difficult. Appointments were vague, and clear attendance times were repeatedly avoided. I also requested a copy of the Electrical Installation Certificate, which should have been issued at the time the rewire was completed. Despite polite requests, this was only provided around a year later. During the period I was told the certificate was already sent but had no emails about this but had every email when needing payment, I received a new invoice for additional work , while the original required documentation remained outstanding. Overall, the issue was not the original work, but the poor aftercare, communication, and unreasonable delay in providing essential paperwork. Disappointing customer service.

We highly recommend Chris and his team, very professional and great team, tenants and landlords are impressed with the services provided. Fantastic, thank you

Rang about an urgent issue and was fixed over the phone in 10 min. Highly recommend!

Had a fault on my EV charger. Chris came out and diagnosed it as a faulty RCD and had it replaced and back working within 30 mins. Superb.

Installed EV charger, uses Ohme kit which is a recognized quality brand. Chris was super fast to view the job and provide a quote, he maintained good communication when an incorrectly supplied part meant the job was delayed for a few days, but he slotted me in the following week. The charger installation was quick and uneventful and I'm really pleased with how the positioning maximizes the length of cable to reach the car. Also pleased with the 3 year guarantee.
