PME (DUNDEE) LTD

PME have just serviced our Air Source Heat Pump and replaced our stopcock. They went above and beyond to solve problems with our system and stopcock; Isolating our water supply on the street, cleaning out years of accumulated dirt, and doing it with a smile. When issues came up in the service they talked us through what they needed to know, explained potential issues and solutions and contacted the manufacturer to clarify settings, technical issues and warranties. They followed up after the visit and have been brilliant on the phone and email. They explained how our specific system works and talked us through the issues. It was the same excellent service when they replaced our stopcock. Very happy. Thanks PME,

Excellent service from start to finish. Conar kept us updated throughout the process, and everything was great. Highly recommend

The PME Dundee electrical team had surpassed expectations and was very thorough and efficient in getting the electrical works for an HMO done properly. James knew what were the exact requirements of Dundee City Council HMO Department and could carry out the necessary works and upgrades according to the EICR report through his dedicated and hardworking team led by Daniel. They were also very accommodating with regards to customer requests. Excellence in the realm of virtual surveys.

Great service from PME Electrical new fuseboard and kitchen extension rewired along with smoke/heat detectors. Would highly recommended.

As an interior designer, I have worked with PME on various projects over the past few years. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would, they are reliable, knowledgable, always tidy up after the work has been carried out. Most importantly to me, and quite rare in my experience, they care about doing a good job and and will go the extra mile to ensure the client is completely happy with the end result. It doesn't surprise me that over the past few years this company has grown and is now a thriving business. Customer satisfaction is at the core of what they do and I highly recommend their services.

Professional and very thorough service of heat pump – delighted.

We have had many jobs carried out by PME over the years and have always been very happy with the service. Our latest job was the yearly service of our boiler and a repair to our shower. The Tradesmen are unfailingly polite and efficient. I can highly recommend PME

Professional and friendly from initial contact through to completion of work, including commissioning of the pump sets by the manufacturer and organised by PME. It was a pleasant surprise to have a contractor not only turn up on the due date but at the intimated time. All work was done in an orderly manner with careful attention paid to leaving a clean, tidy site. Communication from PME was excellent throughout the whole process and I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this company for the mechanical and electrical services provided by them.
