Elite Electrical Scotland Ltd customers report friendly, helpful service and quick responses. Two reviewers mention Josh by name: one says he fitted a new heater quickly and professionally, and another says he fitted an outside light, arrived on time, was polite and tidied up. Several reviewers say the work was explained and cleaned up afterwards, and one describes a dangerous spark being found and fixed. One reviewer reports a wiring fault and a board upgrade that left the house safer, and another says punctuality and a high standard of work led them to say they would not use another electrical company. One review contains a nonsensical claim about epilepsy that cannot be treated as a reported service.
