Go Green Renewable Solutions is mostly described as a friendly, professional and knowledgeable firm that installs solar panels, batteries, inverters and EV chargers, with reviewers often noting a clean and tidy finish and helpful communication. Several reviewers say they would recommend the company or use it again. One reviewer reports a material problem: they say a price agreed by phone was replaced by a much higher invoice at payment stage, advise getting a written quotation, and do not recommend the company.
We had our solar and battery installed very recently. Two on the roof, sorting the rails and panels and two sorting the electrical and Sigenergy kit. They were all polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Everything was clean and tidy when they left, and everything is working flawlessly. We had 20 panels, the inverter and 2 x Sig10 batteries. I asked for my existing EV charger to run independantly from the battery and it was sorted. My 1960's meter cupboard was a mess, but that was all streamlined and tidied up too. After the install, I was shown every part of it, along with getting me setup online with the app. All in all, a fantastic team - and I'd recommend GoGreen to anyone considering solar, batteries, or other electrical work. (Two things I picked up on and was wondering before they arrived .. roof tiles were ground out to accommodate the rail fixing brackets to ensure a good fit, and they also sealed any holes drilled in brickwork for cable entry etc. So attention to detail was spot-on!)
We had Go Green Renewable solutions install a large solar system on our commercial units. Since the installation we have already noticed a huge reduction in our energy cost making our business more energy efficient. We could not be happier with the service from start to finish. Thank you Go Green.
Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. Based on our phone conversations, we agreed on a price before the work started. However, when it came time to pay, I was presented with an invoice for a much higher amount than we had agreed. I accept that it was my mistake not to ask for a written quotation, as I trusted the company and believed they would honour our verbal agreement. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. In my opinion, this company acted unfairly by changing the agreed price at the payment stage instead of honouring our agreement. Because of this experience, I do not consider them to be trustworthy or worthy of recommendation. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to make sure they obtain a written quotation before any work begins. I definitely do not recommend this company.
We had a commercial solar system installed 12 months ago. Harry and the lads were professional and kept us informed at all times as to what was happening. Disruption was minimal to our business. Overall over the last 12 months the system has exceeded the predictions. We would not hesitate to use again.
I recently had a Solar PV system installed by Go Green Renewable Solutions, and I’m very happy with the entire experience!! From start to finish, the team was helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. The office staff were especially friendly and always quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The installation itself was carried out efficiently, and everything was explained clearly along the way. It’s great to see everything up and running, and I’m really pleased with the results. I’d definitely recommend Go Green Renewable Solutions to anyone considering Solar PV or any other renewable energy. Thank you to Lee, Harry and the team
I would like to thank go green and particularly Ben for getting our solar system up and running after the company who started it went into administration leaving us with unfinished work He was very help full and patent setting everything up on the app on our phones and completing all the complicated paper work to get us up and running He explained In terms we could understand how it all worked and for which I am very grateful as technology isn’t my best subject I would definitely recommend them Just wished we had used them in the first place But that’s another story
very professional company.i would not use anyone else, all staff polite and well mannered and no job is to small!
Top company
Great experience, highly recommend!
A fabulous firm who really care about their customers. Going above and beyond! Highly recommend.
10/10 work. Engineers were amazing & Office staff brilliant with assisting any needs. 100% recommend!
I cannot praise Go Green Renewable Solutions highly enough.. The team, comprising of Louis and Ben arrived from their long journey, promptly and ready to work on installing the solar array. After a brief, yet informative discussion about what was happening, and in what order, they set about the task in hand.. Their work ethic throughout the week that they were on site was simply superb, they approached each challenge with good humour, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude, often working into the darkness to get the job done. Harry arrived mid-week, to commence the battery instal, again giving good clear information on what was to happen and in what time frame. The net result is that we have a fabulous solar and battery set-up and are very pleased. The team worked incredibly hard throughout the week, did an excellent job, cleaned up at the end of each day and frankly, were a pleasure to have on site. I whole heartedly recommend Go Green Renewable Solutions.
Go Green Renewable Solutions did an excellent job installing my EV charger. The work was completed quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and efficient electrical services.
The PV panels, inverter and battery system installed by Go Green Renewable Solutions is simply first class. We were very impressed with their support communication and speed they moved from quote to installation and commissioning of a great system that is working perfectly for us. The scaffolding and installation teams were friendly, knowledgeable and importantly, efficient and tidy, leaving us really impressed. If you're thinking of investing in solar then we would recommend you talk to Go Green Renewable Solutions. Mark and Wendy
Just been fitted with solar panels and battery, very pleased with what they have done, great service and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend them to anyone. THANKS
After the scaffolding was erected we were told the lads would be arriving on Fiday, and would be finished that day. Which I thought no chance! But to my amazement they fitted all the solar panels, the inverter and various electrical components, plus the battery weighing in at 110 kilos, and had it all connected and up and running before they left. They also downloaded an app on my phone to show the solar panels doing their job, and the battery charging progression. All in all I would highly recommend Go Green Renewable Solutions, as a highly organised and efficient company, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Barrie Johnston.
Great workers with amazing experience in their trades
What a brilliant company, would definitely use them on my other properties.
great standard of work, really reliable company, would highly recommend!
We used Go Green Renewable Solutions to install Solar PV, Inverter, EV charger and an Air Source Heat Pump. The installation was outstandingly professional from start to finish - high quality work, clean, tidy and beautifully finished, with all options comprehensively covered. We had a number of items that required discussion to achieve the best outcome in terms of performance, aesthetics and weatherproofing (we live in a very exposed location beside the Irish Sea) - the team were extremely helpful in guiding us to the best solution in each case and then delivering a high quality installation. The finished job exceeded our expectations in every way. We cannot thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend them.
We had a battery storage system installed at our house because of rising costs. Harry and his team talked us through exactly what we needed and installed it within two weeks. Absolutely professional outfit. Would highly recommend. The after care is faultless. Thanks Harry!
It was our first time using Go Green Renewables, and it certainly won't be our last. Harry was very informative and professional, and completed the work the same day. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the place was left clean and tidy- highly recommended, thank you from all at Tiny Tots Nursery
