Top class, reliable, professional and courteous service. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm for electrical works and they would be our first port of call for future works in our own home.
Excellent responses from them. Highly recommended and would definitely use again
We have just bought a holiday let in Llandudno and didn't know any local electricians. It's so very difficult to find good tradesmen and we have had so many bad experiences with all of them, Plumbers, decorators, electricians. We've been overcharged, seen slanted sockets, sockets popping off and people just not turning up I was resigned to again dealing with this kind of thing this time round. We contacted Conn at ACT Electrical and he was so helpful, professional, and reliable. He has other people working for him who are equally professional, helpful and reliable with excellent electrical skills. Thank you Conn for doing what you do so well, you run a great business ! Reliable and superb workmanship. Very knowledgeable about his trade. What impressed me most was his attitude toward safety and ensured all circuits were isolated and locked off correctly. Handled my initial enquiry with great professionalism and provided me with a few options. Felt like I got a great value service. Would definitely recommend
