Had a few queries regarding a potiental job I needed doing so decided to call Source Electrical Services for some advice, I spoke to a female member of staff called Sally. She was the utmost professional from start to finish, and clearly dedicated to delivering a high standard of work. Her depth of knowledge was immediately apparent. I had the please of speaking to lady called Sally who was friendly, polite and got me booked in quickly for a quotation. The engineer arrived on time and listened to what I was after, provided recommendations and was very helpful explaining options. A quote was provided very quickly following the appointment.

Superb service. My issue was extremely time critical, yet Source Electrical staff were exemplary. From raising the Issue with Sally through to the engineer resolving the whole process was seamless. Sally was knowledgeable, reassuring and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. The engineer completed the work to a high standard (installation of 2x Electrical radiators) and left my property clean and tidy post work. Anything electrical, give this company a call! We regularly use Source Electrical Services and can’t recommend them highly enough. The office team are organised and responsive and the electricians are all polite, highly professional, and - most importantly 😄 - clean and tidy. They recently installed a Zappi charger for us and did a great job.
