UBITEC

Great friendly service with good communication throughout - highly recommend

Fitted EV charger - Prompt service. Arrived on time and clean and speedy work without any hassle.

We had Tarrick from Ubitec to move an outside light and change all of the other outdoor lights. He did an absolutely brilliant job and he left the outside clean and tidy. I was very pleased and would highly recommend!!!

My family and I have been using Ubitec for numerous years for both home and business. Never had an issue and the work is always done to a professional standard. Thanks Gurd, Danny, and the rest of the team!

Thank you UBITEC and Danny for installing my Ohme EV charger for my new electric van. Very polite and friendly guys. Job was completed to a good standard and left very tidy.

Excellent service from start to finish. They responded quickly, were very efficient, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand for someone with no electrical knowledge. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. The work was completed to a high standard, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

used them few times for my business and home， recently had home EV charger fitted by them， efficiency and quality work， price is reasonably fair， they know whats they are doing， easy communication， Danny is very friendly and professional，will definitely recommend！

I have been using Ubitec since the late 1990s and they have never once let me down — and this latest job was no exception. Danny arrived early so I could get to work on time, which I really appreciated. He fitted a garden security light to a very high standard, with quality workmanship throughout. He tidied up completely after himself, leaving no mess at all. The price was very reasonable, and Danny was polite and knowledgeable throughout. Quick to respond, great to deal with, and the work speaks for itself. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Great service, value and communication. Will use again.

I really must say that I was impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and also reasonable pricing. This is really what a good trades professional should be, cam to charge my car charger as promised, did a neat and clean job and were responsive when there were a couple of follow up queries. Top marks to the team, thank you

I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of Ubitec and especially Duneil! From the very first point of contact, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. When Duneil arrived, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. He immediately put me at ease and took the time to carefully explain what needed to be done, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure everything was completed to the highest possible standard. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about delivering excellent customer service. Duneil went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe, tidy, and working perfectly before he left. It’s such a relief to find an electrician you can completely trust in your home. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and the professionalism shown throughout was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Ubitec — and Duneil in particular — to friends, family, and anyone looking for reliable, top-quality electrical work. Absolutely five-star service from start to finish! 🌟

I’ve used Ubitec three times now for CCTV installs and some electrical wiring jobs, and honestly, they’ve been spot-on every single time. Zero issues, nothing half-done, just solid work that actually holds up. Duneil and the lads are super easy to deal with. They turn up when they say they will, explain stuff properly without talking down to you, and just get on with it. No messing around, no surprise extra costs, no pushing you to buy more gear than you need. Compared to a couple of other local companies I’ve tried before, it’s night and day—Ubitec actually feel like they care about doing a proper job and keeping you happy. If you’re after CCTV or decent electrical work without the headache, I’d 100% go back to them again (and I already have). Proper recommend.”

I recently used Ubitec Electric Company and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the initial enquiry through to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. They turned up on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work to a very high standard. What stood out most was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was safe, tidy, and finished properly. It’s rare to find contractors who combine technical expertise with such good customer service. ⚡️💡🔋🔌🔦

Great team, thank you for your work carried out! Don’t have enough thumbs for you but 👍👍

Can’t thank this company enough really professional and super quick from initial enquiry to fully fitted 2 days!!

We all have problems getting qualified tradespeople to help us with work we need doing. They either don't respond to requests or respond and then you hear crickets. Ubitec responded to my Web request, asked pertinent questions about the work needed, arranged to visit (not immediately but that's OK) and then turned up, did a very professional job in a friendly manner and to top it all were very reasonably priced. I can't praise them enough and will be using them again very soon for another job I need doing. Excellent in every respect.

I’ve worked with Ubitec a number of times and they’ve always been a pleasure to work with. Professional, reliable, and the standard of work has always been excellent.

Really pleased with the work done from start to finish by Gurdev and his colleagues. From planning , costing and quality of finish, no complaints whatsoever. The work was started on time everyday and finish was clean. İt is very reassuring to note that the work has also been done with safety in mind. Will need their services again.and will not hesitate to call Gurdev again.

My experience was not pleasant with Ubitec. I contacted them on 15th July asking to replace fan. They confirmed it will be done & asked for tenant's phone number. I sent them various e-mail during the period from 20th July to 10th August to confirm when they will visit to replace fan. However, no reply to my e-mails for 3 weeks. So I hired another contractor to do the job after 3 weeks. Unfortunately Ubitec decided to call the tenant after 1 month on 15th August & replace the fan on the same day the new contractor came in. The result was that I had to pay for the job twice. Miscommunication.

Ubitec sent two members of staff to carry out installation of new light fittings and replacement sockets. The work was done to an exceptionally high standard, in less than 2 hours and everything was left very clean and tidy. Highly recommend them.

Excellent, prompt service, very courteous and helpful staff

Really impressed with the work done. The electricians were punctual, polite and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was finished to a high standard and they kept me informed throughout. It’s rare to find a company this reliable—would definitely use them again.

The Ubitec team were professional, reliable, and got the job done with zero fuss. Clear communication, top-quality work and refreshingly honest throughout. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough

Ubitec Electrical installed my home EV charger and provided outstanding service from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly, punctual, and professional. They completed the EV charger installation quickly and efficiently, with no mess or fuss. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other EV charger installers in the area, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable electrical company for EV charger fitting or general electrical work, I highly recommend Ubitec Electrical.

Ubitec were great today fitting lots of spotlights in my kitchen and utility room ceiling. I expected devastation in my kitchen but it’s absolutely clean and bright and a fantastic job. Very kind guys who did the job and cleaned up well afterwards. Many thanka

Fantastic service by the Ubitec team, on time, quality Ev charger tech and beautifully installed, no mess and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Changed school lighting from fluorescent to LED. Gurd and his team completed on time and in budget. Excellent and professional install. Ubitec are now my go to electricians when required.

Had a charger for the car fitted at home. We leave in a leafy village & things have to look in place. The work men were VERY VERY tidy , professional & polite !!! The job was competitively priced & done to our full satisfaction…. Would recommend these guys to anyone… Fabulous

Top quality. They know thier stuff. Real pros.

Having spent time with Gurd and his team their attention to detail, quality and solution not just the fix means they stand out above the rest as safe quality hands. Richard Bisiker, Personal Summits Ltd.

Great company to fit your EV charger at home. They come in and have a look at everything and let you decide which charger to fit. Then give you a quote and options so you can decide what you want to do. We had a problem during first week with charging and within few hours of raising this issue, it was fixed. Great service.

Not sure what they are like as a company but if their services are as a rude and aggressive as their driving, I would give them a miss.

Fabulous service from Duneil and Gurd; great quality of work always

Ubitec offered me an alternative on some lighting I required for my office saving me a lot of cost by upgrading to LED lights. My office is much brighter and better with their help and professionalism, highly recommend

Brilliant service, great value for money and very friendly and professional team. Would highly recommend!

I have used Ubitec for work on a rental property that involved an EICR report, re-wiring, installing alarms and sockets, and a new RCD consumer unit. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, highly professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

I had been looking for an Electrician to do some modifications and repairs in my moms house and Ubitec was recommended to me. Absolutely fantastic quality and service. My mom was a bit apprehensive about having people she didn’t know carry out work at her house, but these guys put her at total ease with their professionalism and explained everything thoroughly before carrying out the work. I would totally recommend Ubitec for any electrical work and we will definitely be using them again in the future. The price was really fair for what was carried out and overall extremely happy. Thanks Ubitec

Very pleased with the level of service provided by Ubitec! We required a re-wire in our house and they booked us in and completed the job within the week. Very efficient and professional service, will highly recommended !

CCTV installed at my shop a few weeks ago, very impressed with this company as I received an excellent service, they’re very professional and very thorough. Aftercare was excellent too. Would definitely recommend.

Very responsive to calls and try their best to fit you in at short notice which is helpful.

Amazing company to utilise for any electrical work. They were really professional and punctual, and I'll most definitely consider booking them again for any future works

Ubitec were great at fitting my electric car charger and so I asked them to do a few other jobs. The team arrived on time, they were polite and considerate, working around when we needed the power on as we were working from home. Great job!

This place is awful horrible service

Nathan, absolute gent, got me out of a really stick situation at very short notice. Massively I formative, broke down what he was going to do and the pricing of the work. 100% recommend him to anyone needing good reliable work with the follow up paperwork

Arrive promptly in the morning at 8. Worked swiftly and efficiently to install cameras and a light and ring door bell. Rapid installation and up and running quickly. They clearly do this type of work regularly so are good at it. Highly recommended

Clear, concise, on the button service

Ubitec offer a top quality service with competitive rates and brilliant responsiveness to emails and calls made. We had a fuse spur fitted at our centre a few weeks ago and the quote was exactly what we were looking for in terms of price. The electrician fitted as quoted punctually and on time. Further correspondence with Ubitec proved to be very helpful and we would definitely not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who requires their electrical services in future. Sam Cozens, Operations Manager, Harvest Fields Centre Ltd

We have recommended Ubitec to a few of clients now and the work has been first class. Great prices to reflect great work. Main thing for us is not being let down and job being done correct with upfront advice on what needs to be done which we have received and will continue to recommend this firm to our clients.

great company.had alarm system installed and they were very tidy while doing there job.very polite men.explained how the system worked very well.have had no issues at all.would highly recommend

Used Ubitec many times, for general electrical maintenance and also for alarms. Excellent to deal with and have never let us down. Highly recommended.

I have used the services of Ubitec both personally and for our business. The standard or work is exceptional! The quality of the work and products is excellent and also reasonably priced. The work at home was completed on time with little or no mess. The electrical work at the business premises was completed on time with little or minimal amounts of disruption and that was only when they needed to briefly turn off the power which was co-ordinated so this was don "out of hours".. Well done team Ubitec.. I would strongly recommend you to clients and contacts alike.

I used the services of Ubitec recently and they turned up on time and done the complete job on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend them 5 star service

Ubitec are a well established electrical contractor in Birmingham. They provide a top quality service for a fair price and are highly responsive to call-outs. I would recommend them for both commercial and residential work.

I called Ubitec regarding an electrical issue with the house that I rented, and I am very glad that I did. Despite being a weekend, they came to my property the day after I called and left no stone unturned in identifying what turned out to be a complex issue arising from poor workmanship from another company. Realising that the issue could not be resolved without significant work (and approval from my landlord), Ubitech made the property safe and provided a temporary solution to ensure we still had power throughout the house. Going above and beyond doesn't begin to cover it when it comes to Ubitec, and I would have no hesitation is contacting them in the future.

A tried and tested company that deal with enquiries quickly offering a friendly cost effective service from small call out jobs for our regular clients to accommodating full refurbishment and shopfitting jobs. Nothing is ever too much trouble from the management to the tradesmen on site. Tradesmen that care about their reputation and the quality of work make Ubitec a valued contractor and partner for Approved.

As an office interiors company we frequently use electrical contractors and Ubitec have never let us down. Their work is extremely neat and tidy and all of their guys are very professional. 6 months on from posting this review they are still continuing to deliver an excellent service, on time and on budget.

Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended! Have used multiple times and wouldn't use anyone else

Have used Ubitec both personally and I've recommended them to clients - great service and great results every time

Friendly & helpful. I have used united three times & they are always prompt to complete the work. The work carried out is always to a high standard.

I recently had to have a full house rewire in a 19th century cottage. The work was not straightforward but Ubitec explained the issues clearly which allowed me to make appropriate decisions. They turned up on time every day and worked efficiently and considerately. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great company. Phoned to sort a few lights in the kitchen and bathroom. They immediatly arranged for 2 electricians to complete the work. No time wasting or frustration. Excellent company. Very professional and organised. Highly recommend.

Top notch job by Gurd and his team. We've been using Ubitec's services for quite some time and they've just rewired a new property for me as well as fit new lights. All looks great and a very efficient job by a friendly team. Highly recommended.

Being an Estate Agent, I’ve used Ubitech many times, for electrical repairs and installations at our properties. We’ve always received an excellent service, on time and on budget every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Very professional and trustworthy but are really nice guys too. Would highly recommend using their services. They've worked in our offices and in my home. Due to their excellent work, we have now contracted them to be our main electrical contractor for our energy business.

Very good service. Arrived in time slot given. Changed my light switch, will use them in future.

I have the pleasure of attending the same business networking group as Ubitec Electrical. They have been members of the group for many years and have an outstanding reputation having delivered an excellent level of service and professionalism to many of the group members.

We have used Ubitec twice now. We had an alarm system fitted and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. We had one issue which was quickly rectified. We have just added to our alarm system with a cctv system with which we are delighted with. The quotes we have received for both jobs have not been the cheapest but the systems speak for themselves they are great quality and we pay to have it serviced each year so we can be confident that the system will not let us down just like UBITEC

The enthusiasm and work ethic was completely professional. This company did not only develop my security system but my respect for their craftsmanship. As an individual I would highly recommend Ubitec Electrical for any services that need doing. Thank you, Vijay Sharma

I got them to wire the circuits for the house that I am renovating. When I first phoned them they sent someone over the next day to give me a quote. The price that they gave me was very good. I then decided to hire them and they started to do the wireing in the house. The workers that were doing the job were fantastic, they were extremly friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Ubitec to anyone who wants any electrical work done.

After witnessing Ubitec provide their services to the company I currently work for and seeing how thorough and professional they were both with their work and mannerisms, I asked for a re-wire quote. Considering I needed it done as soon as possible and that I live quite a distance from where they are based they were able to come out and deliver a quote in no time. This along with the trusting attitude I received I decided to go with Ubitec. I can definitely say their work lives up to the standards they convey and the price was exactly what I was quoted. Very pleased. Lovely people.

We asked Ubitec to come and quote us for some work as we were relocating our business. They came in and listened to what our requirements were and also advised us along the way. In the end we chose to go with Ubitec as they covered all the fields we were after and it was a one stop shop for us and we only had one point of contact. They carried out a full Electrical installation, Emergency lights, Fire Alarm, CCTV and Intruder alarm system. Everything was carried out in an orderly manor and all the work was completed on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my business colleagues and friends.
