I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Robert @ RTS ! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. When I initially emailed to explain my plan, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get through to a real person. He was friendly, professional, and very understanding of my urgent need for assistance. Most of all, he is such a chilled person. The appointment was made incredibly quickly, much sooner than I expected. This prompt response was greatly appreciated, He also visisted us 3 days beforehand for a site survery, took the time to explain the issue in clear, understandable terms, and provided a detailed outline of the necessary steps. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise, and it was evident that they had extensive experience in the field. The actual work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Robert was meticulous in his work, ensuring that every detail was addressed. He had all the necessary tools and equipment on hand, which meant there were no delays in getting the job done. It was clear that he took pride in his work, and his attention to detail was second to none. Not only was the quality of work exceptional, but the price was also very reasonable.
