We recently experienced a rogue tripping of a breaker leaving us with no power sockets. Mark from Britannic was with us that same morning, tested our installation and gave us expert advice as to how we pin down where the fault might lie. Following that advice the problem has been traced and resolved. As a retired couple we have experienced first class service and expert assistance from Britannic, where Mark and Russ are both expert and sympathetic to their customers’ needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

Britannic (led by Russell) has just finished a renovation project in my house. I have dealt with Russell directly throughout. He has been very good communicator, polite and professional as well as pleasent with me. We have agreed on the details of the job right from the beginning. Used Britannic to install my new kitchen and they did a great job, couple of minor issues here and there which were sorted when raised. Couldn't fault the final result of the job. Only downside was all the packaging etc from the kitchen being left in the garden and not disposed of. Overall very happy, thank you

Russell kept me informed every step, when staff would arrive and the planned stages of taking my kitchen to bare brick, re-wiring, plastering, flooring and fitting a new kitchen also tiling and decorating. I was able to leave the guys to it, with confidence. No show to appt made, no contact chased twice … third occasion I got a response asking me for my details again then no response.. rude and unprofessional to not notify a customer of a change, I have no issue with things being rescheduled but to not contact a customer back sets the standards for that business could they be unreliable if they can’t even attend an appointment??
