One reviewer said Bilton Electrical Services & Testing installed extra wall sockets and six LED garage strip lights neatly and on time, and described the electrician as courteous. Another praised kitchen lighting fitted six months earlier as high quality and professional, and said a broken garage light fitting was sorted after a quick call. One reviewer said the electrician abandoned a full rewiring job halfway through, would not go through the wiring with the new electrician, and blocked contact. The same reviewer said some kitchen work was not done safely, that a cable from the main box to the new fuse box was cut, and that testing and some redoing would be needed.

Jared abandoned the job half way through. It was a full rewiring project. He won't even show the news electrican what wires are for where. The new one believes he took on a job that was too big for him. All I needed was for him to go through it with the new electrician, an hour it would have taken. But now I have to pay god knows how much to get everything tested and in some cases redone as Jared did not do certain things in the kitchen to make it safe and the new electrican is worried he's made mistake elsewhere. Also he cut a cable from the main box to the new fuse box which is illegal. The new electrican recorded it because he did not want to be accused in future when someone came to read the metre and saw it cut! I've cried so much. I don't know why he's done this to us. As I said, all he needed to do walk the new electrican round. I could have forgiven it, we all take on things that are more than we bargained for at times. But to just ignore and block me is unforgivable 😢

Jared installed kitchen lighting for us six months ago; professional, high quality work. We then broke a light fitting in the garage last week, a quick call to Jared and it was sorted in no time. You will not find a more professional electrician.
