S Copeland Electrics is described as professional, friendly and helpful by several reviewers, who report courteous and polite staff and good quality workmanship. One customer was pleased with an electrical heating upgrade, while others report a quick, tidy electric car charger install and help with a fuse issue at short notice. Two reviewers say the business did not turn up after they had waited at home, and another says someone promised a call-out but no one came. Some reviewers also describe the work as tidy and the service as reliable, and one was pleased that the firm responded on a Saturday afternoon when others did not.
S Copeland Electric Ltd provided a professional and friendly service. The team was helpful, communicated clearly, and handled everything efficiently. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical services.
AVOID!! Didn't show up. I took time off, waited and no show. Tried to ring, no answer, so got family to ring and Stephen Copeland answered straight away. Then tried to tell me he had sent me a message, which he hadn't. Avoid. Unreliable.
not reliable. phoned 3 times and was told someone would call out. still waiting. wont be recommending.
Brilliant service and excellent quality of workmanship, no job too small. Staff friendly and polite always.
I am happy to recommend Stephen Copeland and his partner and staff as I found them to be professional, courteous, friendly and punctual. They upgraded my electrical heating system and I am really pleased with the quality of their work and the result.
So helpful and helped sort fuse issue at short notice. Delighted 😀
Electric car charger installed. Quick and tidy install. Took time to explain how to use it. Very professional.
Excellent work. Reliable. Tidy. Efficient. Good price. Highly recommended.
Called copeland electricals out at 4pm on a saturday afternoon as I had no power and was the only one out of five who answered phone. Was out with me quickly and found the fault to be a light/heater in the bathroom. Was very conscientious and reasonable on price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an electrician
