I had an Ohme Pro charger installed earlier this year by Refresh NI. I was very pleased with the installation, so two weeks ago I had solar panels and batteries installed as well. Once again, the system is working perfectly and looks great; Josh did a fantastic job with the wiring, as did the team who mounted the panels on the roof. Communication with Ciaran was excellent. I highly recommend Refresh NI if you are planning to upgrade your home's energy system. I have a few more projects in mind, so I’m saving up and will definitely use their services again.

I am writing to formally highlight several issues that occurred during the recent gas-from-oil installation carried out by Refresh Property Solutions. It is my assertion that several aspects of the work were not completed to an adequate or professional standard. One of the most concerning matters pertains to the removal of old pipework. Although full access was available to remove the redundant pipework from the upstairs bedroom, this was not undertaken. Consequently, the old pipework remained in place and obstructed the recessed lighting in the living room below. The recessed light fittings could not be restored to their proper position as the pipework was physically impeding the recess. In my view, this situation presented a serious and potentially catastrophic fire risk. Pipework pressing against the recess housing electrical light fittings is wholly unacceptable and raises significant safety concerns regarding the quality of the work performed. I would also like to highlight that the pipework situated above our skirting was not fully boxed in. These issues were brought to the attention of Refresh Management, who subsequently returned to our property to assess and rectify the problems. I possess photographic evidence supporting the issues raised, and Refresh has been provided with copies of all correspondence. Furthermore, I would personally not recommend Refresh to friends or family. At present, I am awaiting an inspection of our installation by NISEP, to whom I will also express all my concerns regarding these matters.

A first class experience from beginning to end! The application forms were easy to fill in.Throughout, I had speedy email responses with useful email and phone reminders and check up phone calls. RefreshNI have looked after my rental property’s maintenance for years. The work is undertaken to a high standard and, on the rare occasion that there have been issues, they have listened to the feedback and the issues have been resolved. Most recently, this winter, they installed a new gas boiler extremely quickly for my tenants, after the existing boiler broke down and my tenants were left without heat & hot water. We changed our heating system from oil to gas and also required cavity wall insulation. From our first contact with Pippa to discuss our requirements to completion the whole process was seamless. We were so impressed by the two teams who came to do the work. Their standard of work and the way they conducted themselves was so professional, from covering floors before they started to leaving the areas they worked in spotless. They were so pleasant and courteous and a pleasure to have them working in our home. Refreshni has our highest recommendation.

I have just had an EV Charger installed by the wonderful folks at Refresh NI. I wish I had discovered these guys sooner! I was let down several times by a big UK company and several local electricans, didnt get back to me or just didnt bother showing up. I decided to search further afield ( I am in Portadown) and within the day, Lewis Gaw, had responded to my query with a quote at an attractive price. I had a few questions and wanted to change the color of the charger which Lewis done for me within a few minutes. Offered me a date a week later and that was that! NO messing, NO fuss, just goood service which is super rare these days. Lewis kept in contact throughtout, untill today, when Darragh the electrician came out to do the install, 30 minutes early!. A nice fella, very personable and polite. Gave me a good run down of what he was going to do, and was done in no time. Now I can finally save some money on home charging as I was spending a fortune using the public network. Lewis and Darragh are a credit to the company, and I hope to be able to use Refresh NI for any future work!

Outstanding service. Booked in for a boiler service which discovered a dangerous fault with the boiler. Within 2 hours of completing the service, Refresh NI had sourced parts and sent 2 engineers out to repair the fault. Highly recommended, everyone I have spoken to have been beyond helpful and the prompt action resulted in the boiler being repaired the same day.

I really can't fault our experience with RefreshNI. From getting a quote to organising the installation of our new boiler. It was all completed within a week. The admin staff were very helpful in organising a time, to commence work, to meet our schedule. Very prompt, friendly and professional in all their correspondence. Oil to gas conversion finished in one day. Very tidy work. Excellent communication.

I went with this company for insulation through the NISEP scheme. They weren’t able to do the wall insulation due to my house location but they were able to carry out the loft insulation. The installation workers were excellent. They were polite, hardworking and very tidy. Also the guy that came out to do the surveys was a nice guy even if he did make some errors on measurements for flooring which would have cost me a lot more. Unfortunately though the overall experience was let down by poor communication from the office. The surveyor confirmed the loft ladders I had at my house, ready to install were the recommended type but when the guys came they said they couldn’t install these and I would need a joiner which would cost a lot more than already agreed. Which was very disappointing as I had cancelled a company that would have installed the ladders 2 weeks prior to the insulation! The ‘manager’ in the office was useless, didn’t know much and didn’t once apologise once for the issues. The guys that came to do the job were not told that they were booked to come to me until 2 or after so arrived at 9.30 am. It’s a shame as the people on site were great but the organisation and communication need improvement. Also just received my invoice that still includes the loft ladder installation 🤦‍♀️

I reported a boiler fault at 12.35 on Tuesday 6th. Mark and Wayne were here by 14.30, unfortunately they didn't have the part required but by 13.30 the next day Chris arrived and had my boiler up and running, Refresh NI and their engineers couldn't have been more professional and approachable a big thanks to everyone I was in contact with. Refresh NI were booked to convert my domestic heating from oil to gas, and to put new insulation in the loft and install roof vent tiles. A team of 5 workmen arrived promptly on the appointed day, and carried out the plumbing, and electrical work efficiently on a freezing cold day. Every one of the team were polite and helpful and I would highly recommend them.

Three guys worked hard all day, never stopped. They were all pleasant and helpful. Cleaned up afterwards and everything went smoothly

I've just had an air source heat pump installed and it has been an extremely positive experience. From start to completion, Josh and the team at Refresh NI were friendly, professional and great with all communication. I recently had a Worcester Greenstar 3000 Combi boiler installed to replace a 17yr old conventional boiler along with a radiator replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Really fantastic customer service and the most competitive on price. Very communicative and prompt at every stage from survey to installation. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new boiler. I was recommended by a family member and would 100% agree. The tradesmen arrived on time, answered all my questions, took away the old system and water tanks and left the place spotless. Great service from start to finish.

What a difference this has made in my home especially one gable end of house which always experienced the high winds . Always noticed this wall was cold but didn't realise my old insulation which was in 25 years had gaps. Now it's fabulous no cold wall and rooms feel warmer. All fellas did a great job hardly taking a tea break to get the job completed. Highly recommend getting an inspection done and refilling cavity wall insulation. Radiators were also finished off with heat retaining foil and a vent put in very discretely at side for ventilation from large stove . Would also say before you get insulation done check if any cracks in walls first as ideally these be filled first . First camera inspection would be great if this was advised before to prep for fellas coming . Otherwise super service !

Boiler service was great and well organised I had to prepay and I discussed at the time about my radiator at the front of the house not working and I was quoted £50 for the boiler service and £35 for the radiator “getting fixed”. Boiler service was fine and radiator was barely looked at. Gas engineer refused to touch the valve as the minute he touched it “it leaked some water” and genuinely couldn’t diagnose anything. “Maybe the valve needed replaced? Maybe the radiator needed replaced? Maybe the current radiator is blocked?!” - £35 for nothing and when I called them they said he had “diagnosed” the problem. Very disappointed with their service and would not recommend

Having work done on your home can be very stressful. Refresh NI took the stress out of the whole process. From the office administrators the inspectors and the team at my home. They managed to make the whole process painless.my carpet was covered throughout the house and when the work was completed the carpet was hoovered. I was able to put the furniture back that night. Would not work with me for a time that suits me till power ni put pressure on them also putting outdated cheap panels in full equipment cost under £5000 they wher lookin £10000 then when I said other people doing 16 panels and 20 kw storage they added extra £500 for 2 panels I can buy them brand new online for £46 each Stay away from this company

Refresh fitted my home with an EV charger. It was a seamless job start to finish even though it required rerouting the electric from the front of the house to the back, taking up floorboards and carpets etc. Very professional and everything works great! Highly recommend

Installation and communication was good . Though the filling of the holes after the installation was not well done had to go over them so they were flush to the rest of the wall before repainting also they had missed a hole in the wall that wasn't filled and was open to the elements.

Refresh NI fitted solar panels and battery storage in my house. Great job though some communication did not go through as I wanted som panels on the other side of the roof- as there are more sunshine here in afternoons. But they are insisted that this way i make 8%more electricity (In Limavady, the afternoon typically has more sunny hours than the morning, especially during months with longer daylight hours like summer, as the sun is higher and more directly overhead in the afternoon. In general, there are more hours of daylight in the afternoon than in the morning. Here's a more detailed explanation: Longer Days in Summer: In Limavady, the summer solstice (June 21st) has the longest daylight, with over 17 hours of daylight. This means there are a substantial number of sunlit hours both morning and afternoon, but the peak sun is in the afternoon. Winter Days: Even on the shortest day in winter (December 21st), there are still sunlit hours, though much fewer. In the Northern Hemisphere, the sun is lower in the sky, and the longest periods of daylight are in the afternoon. ) - but since I signed the contract I couldn't do anything.When I told them about it they said a crazy price (£1000) to make sure I do not want to change the plan. Also wanted to make the system to be extendable -to be able to add more batteries later on - but the electrician did not know that so he didn't leave enough cables there for future expansion . Therefore I leave only 4 stars. Guys made a good job though.

Refresh NI answered my initial query quickly, the process to get the new boiler installed was efficient and all queries were answered quickly and effectively. Given the issues we had with current boiler, Refresh NI were able to programme the works in at very short notice. The process was efficient from start to finish, thanks Refresh NI.

Didn't have a great experience with Refresh really. Contacted them in May about cavity wall insulation under the NISEP scheme. They initially seemed to be OK but then issues occurred due to our conservatory which required another call out with someone else. It then seemed OK again only for more issues to be flagged in their office so yet another guy had to come out and have another look. By this stage we were around 3 months later, the communication was pretty poor and they still weren't able to do the job, suggesting scaffolding was needed which would have doubled the cost of the job. Went to a competitor and it was all sorted 1 week later with no issues, no scaffolding and I was still able to use the NISEP grant with them too so I wish I had of done that much sooner! I followed it up anyway and asked them for a quote for a new gas boiler to which they said, send in some photos of it which I thought was pretty unprofessional really and generally unsatisfactory. I had also had Refresh out at my previous house to look at smart heating systems but unlike others, they couldn't offer real solutions without a it being a hugely expensive job so after both experiences and despite good reviews from others, I'll not be calling them again.

I was very impressed with Refresh NI from start to finish - from delivery of the quotation to final install of the boiler system. The workmanship was excellent and my home was left in a very tidy manner. In addition, I received a very efficient heating system. Thank you for your five star service.

Very thorough, when doing the gas boiler and appliance servicing. Very efficient and explained everything that needed to repaired showing us where the faults where. Others in previous yearly services had said a new boiler would be required soon, but these engineers sent in a fault report to there company and were able to order replacement parts for us, fit them and test them once they completed the repairs, saving us a lot of money compared to the cost of having to replace the boiler. This was very much appreciated.

First experience with this company was when I booked them to sort out and service our boiler in work, They were quick and efficient and listened to our needs, they had our boiler back up and running and had also identified the issue, they gave us a quote and the repair was carried out. With this I was really happy with the workmanship and service they provided, The same year, I moved house into a property that would also need Gas servicing. I messaged in and got a date locked in, they were professional, polite and very easy to deal with, as a result I booked again for this year's service, it was great to see the same engineer back at the house knowing the quality he would provide and again this year we were not let down. Converted from oil to gas. Needed radiator moved as well could not believe this would only take a day. Old boiler, hot water tank and oil tank all removed. All the staff who were here were the most pleasant tradesmen I have ever came across. The work like they promised just took one day and the house in some areas was left cleaner than when they started. A very happy customer would have no hesitation in recommending them. Also when dealing with the office staff they too were so pleasant so all in all a great company to deal with.

I contacted Refresh NI for a Boiler Service. They couldn't service my boiler, but still charged me for the "boiler service". I also tried North Down Boilers. They had the same issue, however they didn't charge me for a boiler service. Additionally, they were far more pleasant. I don't recommend Refresh NI.

I initially applied to have roof insulation done but when they did the survey it was discovered that I also needed cavity wall insulation. The whole process from the initial application to the completion of the work only took a matter of weeks. The guys were really professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

First time using them, and highly recommend. Filled out the online contact form, heard back the next day and got an appointment that week. Service was quick and very reasonably priced! My only gripe would be that if you are not paying by cash, you're asked to pay via secure link prior to the work being done which of course is not recommended due to scams, so something to note.

I have used Refresh twice recently. I had a replacement heating boiler installed, and a separate oil pipe replaced. Both of these jobs have been finished too the highest degree. RefreshNI converted my heating from oil to gas a couple of weeks ago. They were pleasant, efficient and professional from start to finish. The conversion was done when I was away - all done in a day - and I've come back to a house with a great heating system and hardly any sign of the work they did to track pipes etc. They left everything neat and tidy. It's also great to have the oil tank and boiler house gone from my back yard. I had been reluctant to get this oil to gas conversion done, thinking that it would be disruptive. I rang Refresh Plumbing for a pump repair, Sam came out the same day as I had no heating. Sam done a brilliant job by replacing the pump, he was very pleasant to talk to and explained everything to me and was a very clean worker. Had RefreshNI complete our loft insulation and raised flooring/storage area project last week. Recently had an air source heat pump installed by RefreshNI , and it was the best managed house project I've ever been part of. Josh at refresh is a very approachable sort, very knowledgeable and open with every aspect of the planning, scheduling and carrying out the pretty hectic works! All central heating system upgrades are very disruptive, but the contractors Refresh used left my house cleaner than when they had started! Very swift and effective as well. We're still putting the finishing touches together but I expect no hassle at all. Great firm, great people, great choice of contractors. Quality of works has been excellent. No question too small to ask and answer.

This company dealt with things very professionally. They had a process and it was followed. I had to delay them to get some preparatory electrical work done but they followed up without me having to chase them. The installers were friendly, competent and cooperative. On a side note, even with a small government grant - they are not the cheapest. (I had other quotes) - but as the old saying goes - you can have quality, customer service or price - pick 2 but you can't have all 3. I'd rather pay a few quid extra and deal with serious people.

Fantastic Solar Installation I recently had Refresh install a x 7 panel solar system with 5kW SunSynk battery storage and hybrid inverter. I was really impressed by the professional and efficient service they provided and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality and good value solar install. I liked their website and submitted my details via a button on their Solar page - I got a call back the next day and was booked in for a survey. Prior to the survey I received an indicative proposal by e-mail which was tailored to my house. Josh the surveyor was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and explain what was the best system for me based on our current electricity usage. The price quoted was very competitive - I had got quotes for similar systems from other installers and Refresh offered the best price. When it came to the installation - the team arrived on time and worked really hard. Both Niall who installed the panels on the roof and Ryan who completed the electrical works were very diligent and I was impressed by both their knowledge and the care they took with their work. I am delighted with the end result - the panels on the roof look very smart and the battery and inverter installation in the roofspace is very tidy! Josh installed the SunSynk app on my phone for me and explained how I could monitor my electricity savings. He also configured the system for me so that I am able to maximise my usage of the energy my panels generate and thus maximise my savings. A fiver star service all round! Highly recommended.

Refresh NI are a fantastic company to deal with. I chose to have a car charger installed through them and the whole process from start to finish was absolutely brilliant and it couldn't have been any smoother. I would highly recommend this company. Their customer service has been incredible. I first used them to service my boiler, as this was required for letting my property, a fault was found within a boiler. They were soon out to replace it. Then another issue came to light, I was panic at home at half 7 in the evening, with an unimpressed tenant, with an issue I had no idea how to deal with. Through my panic I rang Refresh and left a voicemail ( worried about the up and coming bank holiday and not knowing when i would get the issue sorted), not expecting to hear back until the morning, but within 5 or so minutes I was receiving a call and a wonderful member of the team so sending an engineer out to meet the tenant and the situation with quickly resolved. A updated text messaged to inform me everything was plan sailing again. And offered further assistance if required. I will definitely be using this Refresh again.

Refresh put down a new wooden laminate floor for me this week. Ian and Nathan were neat and tidy, polite and helpful. Gareth was always there when needed and ensured everything was delivered on time. The floor looks fantastic and the quality of workmanship is superb. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Refresh for any joinery work.

Bill and his team have been fantastic at helping us out at short notice, Bill rushed through a survey and then installation converting our home from the old-style heat only boiler with an immersion to a nice new efficient combi. Both the surveyor and engineers were all extremely polite and helpful, they cleaned up after themselves and took time to answer any questions and explain how the new boiler and controls work. Very happy with the professional and speedy job that Refresh NI did on my loft insulation. All sorted in a couple of weeks and just before the cold weather. Friendly fitters came and nothing was too much trouble. I've contacted several other places in Belfast and was very let down by the service but couldn't recommend Refresh any more highly.

I got a gas install done and and shortly after the new pipes that had been fitted leaked and destroyed and ceiling and floor beneath. It was like pulling teeth trying to get it sorted out. They were out 3 times to fix and seal the bath panel they broke as well before the leak. I had to pay for flooring and a few other things myself and claim it back….. it took over 3 months to get reimbursed after it had been signed off. Repeatedly ignoring emails. Customer aftercare was poor. Though the process of getting the gas installed was straight forward.

Been let down so many times by local companies for boiler services who never called back or didn't turn up, so decided to go a bit further afield. Refresh were easy to book and very friendly. Called on the morning to confirm time. Full report and invoice emailed through and cheaper than others. Outstanding customer service and a good job. Highly recommended.

Young Man Named McAuley visited my home on Friday 16 June. He went straight to work to assess the damage to the boiler. Having done so he called to me and explained the problem/s with the boiler and said that he would return next week to repair. He duly returned on Tuesday and again straight to work in an excruciatingly hot day. I offered him refreshments:- water or coke all of which he gracefully declined. It was strictly business with him. During repairs he located a matter which concerned him so left to get another part, quickly returning and finished the work. Work completed he explained everything that he had done, showing me all new and old parts. He refused to remain on the premises even to complete his paperwork and instead went to his van in the blistering heat and completed it there. A young but incredibly experienced man who is very enthusiastic about his trade and one can see he enjoys his work. Thank you so much

We looked online to get an idea of how much it would cost to replace a gas boiler. That's when we came across the Refresh NI website. They had the various prices listed so we sent them an email and received a quotation for our job the very next morning. We accepted their quote, to remove our old gas boiler and replace it with a new one. A date for the work was arranged soon after this. They could have done it sooner but we just couldn't get the day off work so we asked for it to be a week later. On the day of the work the engineer, Stuart, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Our property is a second floor flat with no lift, so there was a lot of going up and down stairs but nothing was too much bother. The job was competed on the same day. The radiators were bled and the old leaking condensation pipe outside (at high level) was replaced. Stuart took away all of the rubbish and debris and cleaned everything up nicely before he left. We would definitely recommend Refresh NI!

Refresh undertook a full bathroom refurbishment for us. We moved the toilet and sink, and put in a much larger shower. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of what was happening at every stage, and they did a really neat and tidy job. We have no hesitation recommending Refresh and will definitely use them again for any home maintenance project we need.

I find most people quick to complain but not to praise good customer service. Rang REFRESH this morning as boiler not working after being advised by my regular service agent earliest they could attend was 2 weeks. Long time no heat or cooking facilities. Spoke to Natalie who was excellent. Talked me thro several checks to make before sending engineer. Identified problem with supply not boiler. All in took 5 mins to sort out with Natalie’s help. Excellent service and needless to say all my future boiler work and servicing will be directed to REFRESH.

Firstly the office staff dealt efficiently with my issue of a non functioning gas boiler in the midst of winter. They organised an engineer to come within 2 days which was much appreciated.The engineer, Sam was pleasant, helpful and professional. My boiler was repaired and serviced as requested and Sam gave sensible advice as to how to avoid future problems with the boiler…the reasonable fixed price paid up front meant there were no surprises and I was very satisfied with the service quality and value. Highly recommend this company.

We had a new boiler fitted and this company have been outstanding with service. We had an issue with a radiator not heating and they had someone come out at the weekend very responsive to emails. Would highly recommend.

Had a new bath, shower and panels installed by RefreshNI and vey happy with the results, didn't have too long to wait from when I requested the work, and everything was handled professionally and friendly service. All cleaned up perfectly afterwards also :-)

I used this company after doing some research online. I initially wanted a boiler service but had been having a problem with boiler switching off, so asked them could they also look at this for me when doing service. The 2 guys who carried out service done so very efficiently and then asked about the issue I was having, they contacted the office to inform them of problem, explained the problem to me and what needed done and if I wished to proceed the office would email me with price for the parts needed and labour costs. They left my home as they found it 2 lovely very pleasant guys. Few days later got invoice for the job I needed done booked in with them and within 2 weeks job was completed. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone very efficient and professional company that kept me informed along the way. 5 star service from them!

Very professional company with good staff

I had two engineers out to service my boiler one from a local company and the other, RefreshNI. One stated there were issues that needed fixed immediately or there would be a fault in the coming months. RefreshNI reassured me this was not the case after they completed the service (first engineer never returned to do the job). Now the issue has, in fact, occurred 4 months later as the first engineer predicted. It seems they had identified an upcoming issue and were able to provide a solution to ensure no future issues might occur. I contacted RefreshNI to see what could be done however they stand firm that they didn't find the issue, only that the boiler was working when they left (which is true, but did not detect the issue that led to a fault). I was hoping for an agreeable outcome for both parties but they insisted on a call out charge that would be at last another week away. Poor service overall. Whilst no engineer can guarantee the longevity of a boiler after a service, they should be able to detect faults and potential faults that need remedied. I dont feel they did this when i compare against another engineer who attended prior to their visit. It's very coincidental that the exact issue the first engineer from another company identified has now happened and will result in a costly repair that RefreshNI seem all too gladly to charge for. I'm now looking at either an expensive repair or a replacement boiler. I certainly won't be using RefreshNI again. Especially if they are unable to identify potential issues that another other firm has.

I contacted RefreshNI as they have the monopoly with regards to Phoenix NISEP grants. The word monopoly says it all. I can’t say that anyone I spoke to was professional. Natalie asked for payslips before she even described the process over email, then stopped answering to emails altogether. Jack was more courteous on the phone but gave totally inaccurate information, according to Natalie. More specifically, Jack said the work would get done either right before or after Christmas (got in touch mid-November), and the next day Natalie said they were fully booked for that period and making bookings for January for people who were ahead of us in the process. I had explained the intricacies of getting in touch with my partner, who works in a call centre so can’t take calls during work, and Natalie was unable to give me a date (let alone time in the day) that she would be able to call my partner in order to complete his application. At that stage, we gave up and took our custom elsewhere. Their competitors may not be the monopoly of Phoenix NISEP, which translates into a higher cost for the work that needs done, but they are professional, answer any queries in an efficient manner, and seem to respect patronage.

I recently had gas installed & 5 radiators by Refresh. David/Dawson & team arrived at 7.30 & had the installation completed in one day. Apart from the fact that I had heat you would not of known that the engineers had even been there. David talked me through how to work the controls and made sure I understood. Couldnt of asked for a better service from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone!

Spoke to Matthew who was excellent when I explained what was happening he said he would ring me back ASAP which he did. Refresh NI are well named, they are a 'breath of fresh air'. Ashlee answered the initial phone call promptly and with courtesy. I required a gas boiler replacement. She listened to my issues with consideration and assured me of the services they can offer with regard to what I needed, and arranged a call from Chris, service manager. Chris asked relevant questions and dealt with me in a friendly, professional manner. He explained exactly their process and I was promptly sent several detailed quotes for the work, giving me a choice as to what I wanted. I was given a date and time, works could start and how long it would take. On installation day the friendly crew arrived promptly, advised what was happening and worked solidly without fuss. Following installation Dave explained fully how the boiler operated, ensured we were satisfied before he left the area clean and tidy. With this Company I was impressed by the excellent Customer Service and their obvious concern and ability to do a great job ,at a reasonable price, from first contact through to completion of works. I cannot recommend Refesh NI highly enough and will definitely them again.

Great service for installation of gas boiler to replace an old oil heating system. Installation took 1 day. Guys left the place spotless, even caught one of them hoovering the front lawn after rubble was lifted. Handled everything from informing phoenix to fixing a leaky valve after installation.

From the first call with Pippa to the final install, these guys were fantastic. Fast, friendly, always keeping me well informed and and giving great advice. We wanted to convert from oil to gas domestic heating and following much research, decided to it for RefreshNI. A representative arrived and assessed the work required and gave a very reasonable quote. When we accepted the quote we were given dates for the gas metre box and boiler installation. The work team arrived on time on the agreed date and carried out the work efficiently and professionally. The work was to a high standard with minimum disruption. When finished they had hoovered and you would not have known they were there. I recently had a gas boiler and radiators installed by Refresh NI. It was a conversion from electric heating. Because it is a ground floor apartment with no access to ceiling or floor, the pipework needed to be planned very well and boxed in to keep the appearance of the apartment good. From the moment Refresh NI got involved I was sure they would do a professional job and I was not dissappointed. The team of 5 engineers arrived early on the installation day and once the installation was planned and I was consulted at every step, the workers set about delivering a perfect installation. It was a difficult job but nothing deterred the team from Refresh NI and they used dust sheets in all rooms and cleaned up as they went along. Even, Pippa, the project manager/sales person made a point of calling in during the afternoon and checking with the team and with me if everything was ok. The workers were masters of their trade and very polite; At the end, David, the gas engineer in charge explained what they had done and showed me how to work the boiler and timer. It didn't end there: Pippa provided the invoice and receipt promptly and with no fuss, together will the Gas safety certificate and the maintenance log for free servicing for the first 3 years and then assisted me to claim discount from Phoenix Gas. All round a great experience. I can highly recommend Refresh NI to anyone planning to have gas heating installed, they are the best! Jim Gourley
