Maurice was exceptional from start to finish. From my initial enquiry he was extremely knowledgable and happy to provide advice and guidance. We selected him for the EV charger installation and he kept us fully informed, text us his ETA on the day and arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and was happy to accommodate the installation around our working from home lives ensure the power was off for the minimal time required. Once the install was over walked us through the app for the charger. Very tidy install and relabelled all of the fuses to ensure we knew what they were for. Quick response after installation with the necessary certificates couldn't ask for anything more will be recommending to anyone that asks for advice on EV charger installation!

This being my first experience of EV chargers I did not have any idea what I needed in the way of which charger would best suit my vehicle. When I initially spoke to Kelly at MMC Electrical she took the time to explain and guide me through various chargers, and there was no pressure to decide, Kelly provided all the information that I needed so I could make the correct decision for me. Installation took around 3 hours to complete and Maurice explained everything to me, he answered all my questions and completed a very clean, tidy and professional installation, nothing was to much trouble. Everything was carried out to a high standard, and there were no hidden costs, the final payment was exactly as per the estimate, so I knew exactly what the final invoice would be. I would like to thank Maurice and Kelly for all of their help during this process and I will definitely recommend MMC Electrical Services to all my family and friends.
