I had a very disappointing experience with Cortech. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company because of my bad experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Cortech Building Services Ltd – Electrical Solution was so poor that I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly unacceptable.

If I could give 0 I would. Scammer! Invoice was fully paid, before the work was all finished. Part of the work was to remove old radiators and install new ones. The trades man installed new ones but he did not remove the three old ones in the building, so we are left with three broken radiators. Another part of his work was to install new lighting, and a light switch nearer to the entrance of the building. He installed the new lights but he did not install a new light switch near the entrance. When we rang the workman Corie Hill, to check when he would be returning to complete the paid job, he was extremely rude and said "I'm not coming back down to do the work, stop calling me, I owe you nothing" he then blocked me and my daughters number.

This so called man says yes to everything and doesn't deliver. Hes a coward at best. I've tried multiple times to contact him regarding the work he did. Made it look like I was delusional and left it. Had another electrician come have a look and its clear he doesn't care. Been nothing but reasonable with him. Accommodating his time over mine. Scheduled and re-scheduled time without him showing up. He even had the audacity to tell me to respect his "Hustle". What hustle? you did the job wrong and pure laziness. I paid him £500 for labour and hes said he won't give that back but only half. He then moans that his labour is worth something. No "mate" it clearly doesn't. You've given me a piss poor service and I deserve my money back for the work you DIDN'T do. As you can see from the image it doesn't even fit. How do you expect it to work (extraction fan). Pick up the phone and talk to me. You know who I am.

I booked Corie to fit an EV charging point at my house on 25th May and haven’t heard from him since. The job is not completed and he refuses to answer his phone or respond to text messages. I have a dead box fitted to my house with no functioning system, communication seems to be a very big issue for Corie as he promises to come at set times and then does not turn up with no apology message. I have since been trying to get hold of him and have now reported him to my bank. Further updates will be posted in due course.

Excellent service. Incredibly polite, quick and tidied up afterwards.

Very friendly and welcoming. Helped me carry out my server room and cctv set up with new sockets, racking and internal cabling ran exactly as I needed it. Would Definitely Recommend. Thanks Again to Corie. 👌🏽🙌🏽

I have used Corie’s services on several occasions over the last two years and have always found him polite, reliable and most of all very competent. Whether it be testing and fault finding the household electrics and wiring or advising on how to add value to a property. I find his services and honesty invaluable especially given how easy it is for trades people to take advantage customers. On the last occasion (April 2021) the issue I had was a straight-forward fix that took him minutes to resolve. I was taken aback by Corie’s refusal to accept payment for the job so I find myself compelled to write this in the hope that other people benefit from his experience and attitude. A big thank you Corie, please keep up the great work.
