City Centre Maintenance MCR Ltd

CCM are a pleasure to work with. Linda and her team are very proactive and have a fast turnaround time from reaching out to tenants for access and then delivering the required works. Great communication from the team, and the finished work is to a high standard.

I've used this company a few times now for various things within my city centre apartment. They've always been very quick to attend, good prices and a high standard of work. I'd definitely recommend for anyone who is as useless as myself at DIY.

I’ve used CCM for years and they’ve always been super helpful

CCM have completed a multitude of jobs, to a very high quality standard. They are extremely easy to work with, and have excellent customer service.

CCM have carried out several jobs for me ranging from new shower panelling to installing a backboard and dart board at the perfect height. Andy and Harvey are both extremely knowledgable as well as friendly and reliable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and thank you to Linda who worked around our specific dates and times to make it so easy.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from City Centre Maintenance. They responded incredibly quickly and managed to fix both of my issues in a single visit. The two gentlemen who came out were not only highly knowledgeable but also friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special mention to Linda, who handled the entire process—she kept me updated throughout, making everything straightforward and stress-free. Top-notch service from start to finish—highly recommended.

Straightforward service with great support! The staff were polite, booked me an early appointment, and fixed the issue smoothly. Definitely recommended. Jay

Fantastic contractor, prompt communication and attendance, wide range of skillset (from window hinges to plumbing), detailed feedback and good communication with our customers! Would highly recommend!

As a property manager using CCM has been a dream. They have been the easiest and most helpful contractors to work with, the work is always completed to such a high standard. We do not have cases of revisiting. It is quality maintenance at a reasonable cost. They are efficient with clear communication especially when reaching out to tenants always keeping the team in the loop. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Linda, Andy and the team for all your hard work.

CCM are really lovely to work with, quick contractors, good value for money, really good with the communication for the job.

Great service from Linda, Liam and the team. Very responsive and professional service and would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the sink repair done by CCM. Plumber was sent same week and provided a professional and friendly service. 100% recommend this company! I will definitely be using them again in future.

An excellent and quick service for any jobs around the flat, CCM have been my go to for many years now. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service. Plumber was punctual and communication was excellent. Highly recommend

We had a dreadful experience with this company. We had an issue with our shower hot/cold mix. They advised that we would need a non return valve and a thermostatic mixer tap - we had both installed and the pressure of the water drastically reduced (and they could not explain why). They told us we would need a pump, but couldn’t do this themselves because they didn’t currently have an electrician. We paid for this service but the shower pressure was worse than ever (granted, the temperature mix was fine but it was a drizzle). We had a separate issue with our toilet cistern, so went to another company to fix this - and were advised by this plumber to get back in touch with City Centre Maintenance because it would seem like there was a fault on their behalf. We asked them to come back and they said they would charge us if there was no fault - fine. A plumber then returned and said it could be resolved with a diverter, but then we were then told by his senior that he was incorrect. At a loss, we asked a friend to drive from Leeds to give us a 3rd opinion - he found debris in the pipe and an air lock, and fixed the pressure. When the bill arrived from City Centre Maintenance, we explained the situation and sent a photo of the issue, however because this wasn’t completed by a company (instead by a friend doing us a favour after witnessing the stress this was causing), they insisted we paid for their final visit where they missed the problem entirely.

A great experience from start to finish. We are currently renting and our landlord put us in contact with CCM. It was so easy to organise an appointment with no waiting time. The workman who attended was so polite and very hard working trying to fix our issue. We were then contacted by the team in the office to check we were happy with the work and to see how the visit went. Great service and very friendly and professional staff. Thank you!

Fantastic! A superb service supplied from start to finish for a good price.

We had a few maintenance issues and these guys kept in regular contact and me updated with what was going on. The work done was to a high level and the workmen were very professional and polite! Highly recommended!

My son recently moved flats and needed a new bathroom floor. We selected CCM based on reviews and couldn't have been more pleased. The whole job from beginning to end was seamless, Linda in the office was very friendly and helpful. She booked an appointment for a quote and Andy turned up on time. We went ahead with the work and were really pleased with the results. Thank you we will definitely use you in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending you.
