Great company. They handled our solar and battery installation professionally from start to finish Excellent communication, despite a glitch with the panel plan. Everyone is apporachable and respond promptly - from sales to technicals. The roofing expert was also excellent and the quality of the installation impressed another roofer who was doing some repairs on our roof. The only negative was the scaffolders - very difficult to deal with and did not communicate or arrive as arranged (but they are subcontractors). After sales is also good as they help with the grid connection process. So, many thanks to Matty, Nicky, Dale, Roofworks and the team.

Had solar panels and battery installation 6 months ago. We chose them as they were local to us and that seemed important especially if we needed anything tweaking post installation. Domelec were professional throughout. Staff in the office also very pleasant to communicate with. The installers were careful around our property and left it very tidy. Aftersales relationship also very good. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to instillation, we had lots of questions and a few visits before we placed the order which, the staff are knowledgeable and approachable and gave honest answers not trying to upsell any products. From ordering to installing was only a few weeks. The installation team worked quickly and professionally and totally cleaned up afterwards. We are now saving money on our bills which was our priority having hot tub and two EV’s alongside a busy household. Highly recommend DOMELEC🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Would highly recommend DomElec. They were very helpful from start to finish. Less expensive than other quotes we had. No hard sell at all. Installation looks very good and working well. Very quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. All people who came to work on site were very friendly and helpful and took pride in their work. Initially inquired about 10 panels, ended up with 16 panels for a small amount extra and 460w panels, instead of 450w.

From the original quote for a battery storage solution to the actual install, total professionalism. Would highly recommend this company and will use again if we decide to extend our systems.

The DomElec team were incredibly helpful after I’d been quoted nearly double the price by another company for installing solar panels, an inverter, and an EV charger. Finding DomElec has been fabulous, from initially speaking to Nikki and Kerry to the call out with Dale, who diagnosed and fixed the Synsynk issue. We then purchased 3 additional Pylontech batteries which were installed by Pete and Callum. A world class service with excellent comms all the way... Thankyou Unfortunately our original installers, were either never interested or were not able to help with inverter issues, I am a bit gutted we didn't find Dale and his team in the first instance. I would highly recommend DomElec for any solar/ battery installations.

I used Domelec on a recommendation from a friend and I am 110% satisfied with their customer service, expertise and quality of work. The system installed replaced and expanded an existing system which proved to be far from easy however the team overcome all issues to ensure my system was up and running on time. I was re-assured from start to finish and the system was very much designed around my wants and needs. The team worked extremely hard to a very high standard leaving the site as clean as they found it, I obviously kept them topped up with brews and biscuits. Domelec is a local company which is worlds apart from the national company i used for my old system. They are customer focused and their care is 2nd to none. I'd highly recommend Domelec to anyone thinking of having Solar and or battery storage.

We recently had solar panels installed by Domelec Electrical & Solar, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and completely pressure-free—no sales tactics, just honest advice and excellent service. Everyone involved in the installation worked seamlessly to deliver exactly what I’d envisioned. The system now powers our home entirely from solar energy, and we’re even exporting surplus electricity back to the grid and getting paid for it! I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Our monthly energy bill has dropped from around £250 to just £70—or even less. It’s clear that technology has taken a huge leap forward, and Domelec are right at the cutting edge. The guys over at DomElec did an amazing job fitting me 12 solar panels with a battery and inverter plus an EV car charger. The install was stress free and carried out in a professional manner. After sales included advice on how to set the system to maximise returns. I don't often write reviews as my previous experience with various trades has been less than impressive.....thankfully Domelec are a breath of fresh air ! Highly recommended ! Dale and the team provide an exceptional service, right through from quotation, installation, problem solving and not forgetting the essential back office support from Nikki. Domelec provided a reasonably priced solar and ev charger solution, timely and efficient installation and they responded well to some post installation problem solving. They left the installation neat and tidy and I'm already thinking about more work for them by extending my solar array to a different elevation. There are so many horror stories of renewables companies in a quickly expanding industry but thankfully your solar and ev charger installation is in safe hands with Domelec.

Domelec is a jewel of a company. We are delighted with the integrated roof solar system and battery installation and have been impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the team, led by Dale. Their communication throughout the process has been excellent and the speed at which they corrected a minor snag is noteworthy. After a very expensive and disappointing experience with a large electrical company that installed my solar system, I searched for an approved Sunsynk installer to add an additional battery and generator charge point. I found Domelec, got a quote that I was happy with, then an electrician ‘Dale’ turned up to complete the work. Dale’s knowledge of the system was fantastic and corrected all errors in the settings left from the original installer. I’m very happy with my solar system now, but wished I’d found Domelec first.

Dale and his team replaced my consumer unit bringing everything up to the latest safety standards. He then fitted 12 solar panels and a battery storage system configured to safely allow the battery system to power most house circuits during power cuts. Dale is an excellent communicator keeping us fully informed of all aspects of the job. Where there were options to make the best of the equipment, like connecting the invertor directly to the immersion heater, Dale made the suggestion to enable us to make the best of the system. It's not often you come across a tradesman these days who you are delighted with but I have to say I couldn't recommend him and his team more highly. We had alot of Quotes for a solar system at our house. Dale couldn't have been more helpful. Is knowledge of the solar system was second to none. The electricians that work with Dale on the installation were very professional and very particular in there work. We would highly recommend Dale. After 10 years of living in our family home, we heard those dreaded words…”the house needs rewiring and we’re going to need you to move out for a week!” As a family of 5 with a dog, you can imagine the stress and the tears…this was not going to be fun! However, the level of care taken by Danny the lead electrician working on the house, was second to none. He didn’t just get the job done; But with every interaction before, during, and after the job, he recognised the situation we were in and worked with us in an empathetic way… He made sure that the guys doing the work also had that approach, so much so that when we got back to the house a week later, the “get back to normal” did not seem as daunting as anticipated. Personal thankyou from us to Danny and all at DomElec, for making this traumatic journey a really bearable one. Oh and by the way, the new wiring and electrical setup of the house, with a new cooker hobs and other artefacts, is top notch and a pleasant surprise too 👍

Had a Sunsynk solar system installed at my home January 2023. 14 panels, 2 solar batteries (think off peak half price), fail over Incase of power cuts, and even a petrol generator hooked in for extra resilience if grid goes down for longer periods. Dale organised the lot; roof inspection, scaffold, purchased all equipment (saving on the VAT), installation and post support. Professional and very competent installers, can 110% recommend. The savings are unreal, the system is working perfectly and any future works I will be asking Dale and his team to complete. Thank you! 🤗
