I found Hive Service Property Services excellent. Sterling is a courteous person. He was prompt, respectful, kept us informed on what he was doing. He cleaned up after him and took any rubbish with him. I will certainly use his company again and will recommend him to family and friends. No job is to small for him. As I had previously called Sterling to do some work and I was very pleased with his work, I called him again regarding a broken bathroom mirror and a couple of other small jobs, Once again he came to have a look when he said he would, I received a quote quickly and arranged for him to do the work, An excellent job done. Sterling is very polite, respectable of you and your property and cleans and clears all rubbish before he finishes. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work.

Sterling replied to my job advertisement very quickly , which was to look at a faulty bathroom light switch that had started to trip the RCD . He arrived on time and was able to fix the fault without any problems . He was tidy , polite and his price was very reasonable considering the short notice . Hive Serv Property Services Ltd: Big Thank You to Odell who recently installed a RingSpotlight Pro at our home. Adding just a bit of extra security has eased some of our worries about having uninvited guests loitering in our garden and we hope it will act as a further deterrent. I have to say from our first initial contact, along with the quote and then the installation itself how impressed i am with Hive Service Property Services Ltd. The communication from Odell was just right, the price was very reasonable..… in fact I’d say that the overall job was completed professionally and efficiently. Odell also provided us with a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate. Even when i added front porch light into the mix he was happy to quote and do the extra job there and then. I cannot recommend him enough so i’ll definitely be keeping hold of his number for any future jobs!
