Callum replaced extractor fan in downstairs toilet, works great very quiet, previous one was very noisy. Also installed a sensor for the light. No more reminding everyone to turn the light off on the outside of the toilet. Callum completed all the work in good time, leaving it very clean after. Great job.

Vero Group carried out our commercial unit electrical needs for our business. The scope of work included a full rewire, consumer unit upgrade and installation of an EV car charger. The speed of response to the initial enquiry was refreshing, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Attention to detail was evidence that this company stand head and shoulders above others. The team worked efficiently and minimised the disruption to our business, and were polite and presentable. Jordan arrived on time and was very understanding in where the external plug socket needed to be installed. Within 30 minutes the new socket was installed and he kindly explained the working of the socket and cleaned up his work area. Many thanks for a great job Jordan.

Once again (5th Time). I have had the pleasure of writing a review for Vero Group Whitstable, on behalf of the six Privately owned flats at Galley View House Herne Bay. The work was to replace & upgrade a central fuse-box for the main house. We all have use of this fuse-box which is connected to other vital services, such as Fire Alarms etc. We had x3 Quotes submitted for this work and Vero Group's Quote was returned promptly and was much lower than the others quoted for Exactly the same work. One of their brilliant team of Electricians (Jordan), came to do this work, which he ensured was done without any disruption to the house Residents. He was very professional and personable and kindly fitted an extra status light without extra cost, leaving the site clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending this very trustworthy and experienced Whitstable based Team of Electricians, including Jack (MD), Harry, Callum and Joe. Harry and Callum from the Vero group came to fit a new consumer unit, a heavy-duty electric cable and an induction hob for us. They did an excellent job making sure everything was fitted properly without making any mess. Jack, having given the quote, came back to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
