Joe initially did some minor electrical work for us so we asked him to look at our ageing consumer unit. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us an honest and fair appraisal of what needed to be done along with a very competitive quote for the job. Joe arrived promptly and worked quickly, efficiently and very tidily and the new unit was installed and fully tested in just over half a day. We had a very difficult problem job for Lady Bay Electrical which involved a power outage in the whole of the downstairs & some of the 1st floor of our old house. Joe and his team undertook some very detailed problem-solving, reviewing 3 or more interrelated circuits. They provided targetted fault-finding and an effective remedial strategy. Joe and team carried out a complete rewire of our house. Initially daunting as we had no experience of the process, they explained everything they were doing and checked that we were happy with proposed solutions. Great guy fast turnaround and expert advice

Contacted Joe as we needed a new home thermostat fitting to upgrade our old NEST system. He was able to come later the same day and did a great job getting everything installed and helped with set up too. It was a bit more complicated as we wanted the hot water and heating connected and the existing wiring wasn’t up to scratch! Joe sorted it all out, removed the old unit and sorted the wiring. A little more than initially quoted but the job ended up being bigger than expected so totally fine with that. Would definitely use Joe again and would highly recommend. Thanks Joe.

Joe did some work changing light fittings for us. He was able to book it in quickly, came round exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job. Charged very reasonably and basically got it all done with zero fuss.

He could easily have come round and charged me, knowing that it was likely not a problem that he could have fixed on the spot, but he preferred not to waste my time and money.
