Blackstone Electrical & EV

Pleasure to do business with from start to finish. Greame came out for a quick survey, very polite and professional, came back and installed the EV charger the date and time promised. Very tidy, great job. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks

Blackstone Electrical - first class service. Recently had an EV charger installed and the service from Blackstone Electrical was amazing. From first enquiry Graham showed up on time and talked us through some options. Graham was great and gave us confidence that the charger we chose was what we needed (no pushy sales for the more expensive chargers). Day of installation Graham, Aron and Joel turned up on time and completed the job expertly.. The lads are so friendly, polite and professional - thank you. We had an issue with some internal lights and the lads sorted it without any charge. Received an after service call from Jacqueline checking we were happy with service - great customer service. If you’re wanting an EV charger or any electrical work done we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blackstone Electrical. We will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks to the lads for the great installation - top work and service..

First class installation, tidy, neat and worth every penny. Stay local and support your town business. Thank you

We have been delighted with Graeme and his hardworking team . They were polite, efficient and even provided a cleaner after the rewire was finished ! I would not hesitate in recommending them, they explained what they were going to do and in detail, which helped somebody who hasn’t a clue about electrics ! Love the festoon lights !

Blackstone provided an EV charger install for me; I cannot fault the communications and the install day was on time and completed professionally and without issue. I could not have asked for more from them.

What a fantastic firm to deal with. From my initial approach for an estimate to install a EV charger to the actual installation everything went the way I wanted. The initial visit to give a quotation was at the time arranged, an explanation of the work involved and the recommended charger was all communicated with the quotation to be emailed the following day. On excepting the Quote, a suitable day was arranged, Graham arrived on time proceeding to install the charger as already discussed. The neatness of the installation was brilliant. I was then shown had to operate the system and had all my questions answered I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blackstone Electrical as they were very pleasant to deal with punctual and very competent.

Very impressed with the installers and the installation is excellent.

Excellent service and very easy transaction

Fabulous service. Very professional company from the reception staff to the electricians themselves. Great communications via email and phone keeping me up to date with appointment time etc. Installed an EV charger in my garage which is underneath my flat with no problem at all (I thought it was going to be a tricky job). Very helpful guys. Would most definately recommend them

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Replied within an hour of an enquiry and seen to the next day! Workmen were polite and professional and explained to me the cause of my fault and work that has been carried out. This is definitely going to be my first contact for and electric work that I need to be carried out. Thank you very much!

Having recently purchased a Tesla Model Y I reached out to Graeme at Blackstone, explaining that I needed a charger for my car. Graeme kindly arrange a site survey at a convenient time. He explained the various options and provided all options available - even covering which tariff would be best suited. Within a week my charger was ordered and fitted. Once installed Graeme took the time to set up the app and checked I was able to complete charger. I would highly recommend Graeme and the team at Blackstone. Top class job guys. Thank you.

2nd time using the team at Blackstone Electrical and EV. This time to install an EV charger and outside socket. I would highly recommend them for all electrical work. From friendliness, speed of response, reliability of turning up when they say they will, to the work itself - all top quality. The EV charger they just installed was done to a very high standard and with minimal disruption, impressive when the route for the wiring was through the house. Very happy

No problems arranging work to isolate electrical power from conservatory roof prior to replacement. All work by two electricians completed most satisfactorily. Recommended.

Amazing service today our electricity kept tripping and wouldn't stay on for longer than 30 mins. I rang at 8.30am this morning before work there was no answer so I completed an online form. Recieved a WhatsApp later in the morning to say they could send someone after 2pm. The electrician and a young guy arrived around 2.30pm they were amazing....identified the problem and fixed it quickly. The price was very reasonable and they were so helpful. Communication via WhatsApp from the office was prompt and helpful, especially as I was working through this. I'll definitely use Blackstone again.

Just had them in . So impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They did hard graft . Thank you to all of you .

Excellent job. Reliable and friendly service.

Really excellent experience using Blackstone electrical. From first contact to work completion, all information provided, no hidden costs and first class installation. Highly recommend for EV charger work.

..I phoned about an issue with our house alarm and was rung back a few minutes later with the solution! Excellent...

Highly recommend. I called after all the electricity in my house went out and I couldn’t get it back on. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and polite, and she arranged for an electrician to come out. I was told it would take 1–2 hours, but they arrived within 30 minutes! The electrician quickly identified the problem (a melted RCD) removed it safely, and provided a quote for the replacement. The prices were very reasonable, and he was both helpful and professional throughout. Excellent service from start to finish.

So very impressed with Blackstone Electrical. Jacqui and Graham provide a fabulous service and are extremely quick to respond. Thankyou for coming to my rescue in such a friendly and professional manner.

Great Company. I approached Blackstone to install a new EV ChargePoint for the new property I had just recently purchased. Graham, who came to view the works required has been brilliant and he took care of the whole job and approached a landscaper on my behalf who undertook the initial work of digging up the block paving and installing duct and concrete plinth for the EV ChargePoint. All works where completed in a timely and professional manner with great updates from Jaqueline, the contracts manager for Blackstone. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future to anyone considering this or other types of electrical works. So once again Thank You and a big 5 STARS from me.

I had an EV charger fit by Blackstone Electrical. Not only were they by far the best value quote but I had a great experience dealing with Blackstone from quote all the way through installation to after care. The team conducting the installation and survey really worked around my schedule, they were respectful of my property, gave great advice pre installation as to what I would need. Did a fantastic job of installation and showing me how to use the app and charger. Seriously great experience from start to end and I highly recommend

5☆ service. Blackstone Electrical Company are an amazing local company. I phoned them on a Thursday afternoon they phoned me back straight away gave me a quote for the 3 ceiling fan lights to be fitted they were very apologetic as they couldn't fit me in Till the Tuesday (which was fine by me). He explained what needed doing then set to he put dust sheets down before starting each light Greame was very easy to chat to he tidied up when each of the 3 lights were fitted. Blackstone Electrical have just installed our home charge point. They were very professional and friendly, taking time to help set up the app and show me how to use it effectively. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a home EV charger install.

Great service!!! - from my initial call to request a quotation, to the completion of the install within just over a week. Thanks to Jacqueline for being so helpful over the phone; to Graham for coming out to survey and quote. Big thanks to Jay and John for doing a great job. The charger was installed just where I asked, with all the wiring hidden in existing trunking and there was no mess at all. They were also really helpful answering all of my questions (and there were quite a few). I would highly recommend Blackstone. Support your local businesses not the large power companies - you'll receive good value for money and a more personal customer service experience. Thanks guys!!!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Had a PIV unit installed and couldn't be happier. I was slightly outside their usual work zone but they was more than willing to travel that little bit further for me. They even cleaned everything up once they was done. Friendly too and the price was just the cherry on top! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I contacted Blackstone Electrical for an EV charger installation on a recommendation and received a visit from their engineer the same day. He surveyed the required installation, gave recommendations, and provided me with a very competitive price within 48 hours, which I accepted. I was given a date for installation. Blackstone turned up promptly on that date and carried out the works very neatly within 5 hours and ran through the installation with me. I was extremely pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Blackstone Electrical.
