An excellent Electrical insulation to our specification following modifications in the Garage. The electrician advised us on other necessary requirements. We were given a choice of dates when the work could be done , possibly over one or two days. The work was then completed , with the Electrician working late to complete everything in one day. Called this company on Monday and they said they would ring back as soon as the electrician came in, it is now Thursday and we are still waiting, don't know how they get 5 stars.

Dean from Desap replaced a light fitting for my elderly mum and also took the time to move a trip hazard that I was unaware of to ensure she did not have an accident. Dean took videos of the work and the hazard and took pains to let me know what he had done. Highly recommended for both his work and care he took with my mum.

Joshua did a superb job-took a late night call on a bank holiday weekend and alleviated mine and my 95yr olds anxiety about sparking electrics. Promptly arriving next morning he explained his thoughts and actions (explaining - priceless), found the unbeknown to us historic fault (water)….sealed off the danger area and bypassed it to restore everything. He then helped us to secure an urgently required plumber who arrived within the hour!! Joshua’s attention to detail, his calm and caring persona greatly instilled confidence-great job- most highly recommended. PS. Dad says that there should have been more stars!

The electrician came and push the bell, but my bell was out of order. He didn’t knock the door, instead report to your team but fortunately someone called me from your team that he is outside, immediately I opened the door. He quoted me for the parts and labour we agreed the price, he started the work and switched of the supply without telling me. He was fast in his work but the ceiling bulb he changed was not of the same color. My son noted it. He replaced the switch but forgot to cover the marking on the wall, then I have to notify it, then only he made it good. I can give him only 3 star out of 5. He has done part of the work on that day and couldn’t complete the work due to shortage of bulb, asked me to order it and promised me that he will fit the bulb once it received by me free of charge. But when I called to come again your team asked me another 60 pounds.

Great work and totally efficient from start to finish. Very professional in all matters from initial enquiry to completion of work. Nothing was an issue on anything that I requested. The clean up was immaculate and the plaster damage was minimal to say the least. Came 30 minutes after my call for help. Between father and son, the issue was identified with a temporary fix solving my problem. Complete fix to be installed within 2/3 days. Can't get better service than this.

We had 2 down lights replaced in our bathroom. The service we received from start to finish was top notch.

A full house rewire. Bought a house needing an almost full renovation (gas, electricity, water, plastering ect) Desap were great in getting in touch straight away and going through the house room by room visualising with me what we would need (within our budget for the works). With there help we could look ahead at what would be important to include at this stage of renovations (as we were not even living there). A quote was given on the spot and after we accepted work started very quickly afterwards. The guys were considerate throughout the work and stayed in communication from any problems or options that came up. Overall We thought they were professional and gave a good competitive price for the works. Everything was itemised and transparent. The manager contacted the power company on our behalf to arrange the work needed on their end. After it was all completed we received a walkthrough of works from top to bottom. Definitely would recommend, as I will be contacting them again for any future electrical issues.

Dean (in the office) ensured that we were the first customer on their daily schedule as we had been without a working hob for a week. The young guys/electricians turned up on time within their 2 hour window. They put protective coverings on over their outdoor footwear (re carpets etc) when they entered the house and whenever they had to pop out to their van. They were professional, polite and efficient. Contacted Desap to replace our kitchen light, a simple job for an electrician but 3 other electricians I contacted had at least 2week waiting list. Dsap said they could come the next day or the following week, I asked for the next day and they booked me for the afternoon. The electrician called me on the morning to say he was nearby if I was available, he took 20 minutes to do the job and checked everything was working properly before leaving. Desap Electrical fitted an external socket to my house. They turned up exactly when they said they would, completed the work with the minimum of fuss and managed to be both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again.

We had our antiquated consumer board changed to a more modern unit, and a few socket and light switch replacements. Dean did a great job, ensuring we understood what work was being done and why it was needed. There was a minor issue with some outside security lights afterwards, but Dean returned and put this right without quibble ... a great follow-up service. Invoicing and payment were a breeze, very well communicated.
