We have recently bought a flat which required a complete overhaul of the electrics. Usman came and was brilliant, he explained everything to us and also recommended which radiators would suit our rooms. Then on top of that the workmanship was first class. Usman carried out an electrical survey for us and explained his findings to us in a clear way, and recommended next steps. I also emailed Usman about something unrelated; he very kindly replied with some free advice. He and a colleague then replaced our fuse box and helped us out with something else for free. Very friendly and efficient. The EICR was turned around in excellent time and Usman was kind enough to talk us through the key things we needed to take from it (extra helpful as FTBs). Highly recommend, gave us all the info we needed. Post script: we returned to Usman to get the work done now that we’ve completed and we’re very happy we did so. I can't recommend Usman enough. First and second fix rewire for my home I was renovating, from start to finish was professional and reliable, excellent communication and I had full trust in his suggestions. Usman is very professional and patient. His replies are always very timely. I asked him to help me with an EICR. It was completed quickly. I received the report in the evening after the test was done in the afternoon. He also clearly explained the content I didn't understand and gave me a lot of practical advice. My oven isolator switch went kaput on Christmas Day. I contacted Hale electrical on the 28th around midday and they offered to squeeze me in on the 28th. Usman (owner) was on time, professional and fixed the switch which had burnt out causing my oven to pack up. Usman got it working again in a flash. Usman arrived within 15 minutes and was a calm, friendly and professional individual. He immediately found the fault and got us back up and running. The initial thing that stood out about this business is that they do what they say they’re going to do in terms of calling back, coming out to quote, sending emails etc. Sounds obvious, but it really doesn’t happen with all businesses. So started off with a big 5* for communication from me. Comes when he says he will and follows up with mail/ text etc With regard to the work, Usman has fixed some historic crazy wiring for me so that my new kitchen could be installed. Removing a maze of old wiring and making it good/safe, fixing new sockets, moving and re-channeling cable and creating a new safe ring-main for an induction hob. Explains what he’s doing and why. Very patient, calm and positive; despite some challenges with space under our floorboards. Fully tests the work at each step. Would not hesitate to recommend Hale Electrical. If you want promises met, genuine interactions and a great standard of work, give them a call.

We were really pleased with the work carried out by Hale Electrical Contractors. Communication was really efficient and transparent. Our options were discussed and detailed plans were made ahead of the work taking place and during. Recommendations such as installing a light sensor and linking up fire detectors were really good ideas that we hadn't thought about before. Unlike other contracting companies this one felt very personal. We were happy to find out that the very knowledgeable and experienced director of the company would be overseeing and carrying out the work from start to finish. He had an eye for for detail and seemed to really want us to have the best experience and service possible. He even drew our attention to a couple of areas in the house that needed further attention that were not his area of expertise such as the joists. We managed to save some time and money as he worked tirelessly to help us and our young family avoid spending too much time away from the house when work took place which we really appreciated. The only thing that might not suit everyone is that he does not work alongside plasterers so all remedial works will need to be arranged for afterwards. We are using Hale Electrical Contractors again for our upcoming projects and would recommend to friends and family.

I was after an outside double plug socket for a few things including Christmas lights. The owner of the company contacted me and explained everything including basic regulations to me over the phone and various options he could offer me. I was even offered an app for my phone so outside electrics could be turned on and off remotely or on a timer just using my phone. I was sent a precise invoice before agreeing to have the work done so I knew what I was paying for. On the day he turned up on time and went through the whole job with me again and it was all very straight forward. There was no problems or issues and the work was completed to a high standard. I wasn't pushed to pay the bill there and then either. I have other jobs that need doing and will use hale electrical contractors in the future to get these completed. Many thanks!!!

I used Hale Contractors for the first time when I needed an emergency call-out and I was very impressed. I contacted them at 10am and they arrived at 1:45pm and sorted the issue immediately. Usman and Scarlet were very helpful, polite and organised as well. Excellent service.
From the initial phone call at the office to usman completing the job.. absolute top marks for professionalism. Great customer service, returned my call and confirmed a time on same day to help with a commercial emergency, arrived on time and made sure he left no stone unturned to make sure the job was done correctly and explained the process along the way, which I found very helpful to understand the problem and solution. Called this morning and they came round this afternoon, identified the fault quickly and didn’t try and make the job bigger than it was .Gave excellent professional advice and I would defiantly use Usman and Hale Electrical again.

Usman carried out a EICR inspection for us in a rental property today. A totally professional guy, all the communication we had leading up to the job was clear and he was always prompt in responding. When it came to carrying out the work he was on time and very thorough and professional in manner. We had a small key issue gaining access to the premises, however this was not an issue for him and he patiently waited chatting with me while we had new key delivered. A very smart personable guy I can recommend him 100%.

Sent an initial msg a couple of days ago to request quote to fit a new double socket behind our TV, sorted quote via messenger, arranged to fit us in for job this afternoon and everything sorted as quoted. Talked through options on where to position plug, was conscious about impact of work and minimising work to repair walls afterwards. Very happy with end result - would highly recommend and would use again myself.
Couldn't fault them at all, very helpful and knowledgeable. So much so he spotted and raised an issue with our current electric wiring almost immediately and gave advice on how to remedy it. Installed an outdoor socket as well as festoon lighting for us and we couldn't be happier with the result.
