Caulfield Electrical Services

Podium EV charger, cabled under the floorboards - v professional, worth paying more than a standard sparky for their knowledge of the products & their end to end service. The undertook a site survey before quoting to ensure a smooth install, recommended pre-work needed and discussed options. They uncovered an issue with our main house earth and took the lead with resolving it with UKPN and didn't invoice til it was all sorted and up and running. Very happy I chose them. Shop local and with confidence😁

As an Interior Designer it is so important to have trades you can trust. Green Electrical are on that list for me, reliable, timely and professional. They offer creative and innovative solutions that I have not experienced before from similar companies. I have worked with them on several projects, their work is always done to the highest standard and their communication is second to none. I would highly recommend them - 5 star service!

Green Electrical provided outstanding service in the installation of my home EV charger. They are highly responsive and efficient in communications and were always on time. Very happy with the installation and would recommend them very strongly to anyone needing a home EV installation.

Really great experience from Martha, Paul and team from start to finish. Was offered really helpful advice in the showroom and then Paul helped talk through the options for installation. The fitting of the EV charger itself went really smoothly. Highly recommend Green Electrical

Had a Zappi EV charger installed in April. Absolutely delighted with the work that was carried out as it wasn't standard and needed the cabling run from an inside under stairs cupboard for the charger. This was done really neatly and with minimal disruption, was then shown how to use the charger so good to go very quickly and pricing was competitive.

Needed an urgent EICR carried out. Managed to fit us in last minute on the same day. Great customer service. Thanks Simon.

I recently had an Ohme EV charger installed at home. The transaction and install has been faultless and I’m really pleased with the prompt turn around and communication from the team. Thanks!

Brilliant service. Turned up on time, engineers were polite and helpful and work was first rate. Recommended!

I would highly recommend Green Electrical Maintenance Services. From the first enquiry with Paul, he was very helpful and explained the process to install a EV charger. On the day of Install, Tom arrived onsite and we went through my requirements. The installation went very well. Tom's work was exceptional and tidied up after everything was completed. Thank you for amazing service.

Exactly what I was looking for! Would highly recommend. From start to finish, the team at Green Electrical made the process simple and straightforward. I had an EV Charger installed, the team provided guidance throughout and were quick to help. Thank you to Paul, Martha and Ryan!

Fast and efficient installation of EV charger

Our installation, including everything before and after, was excellent. Martha and Paul gave us loads of advice, kept us informed of every step of the process, and the installer was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We’re so pleased with our charger - thank you!

Great service from the EV charger store. Quote took a bit longer than expected, but received an apology directly for that. Once agreed, installation was quick and professionally done. Would recommend to anyone getting an EV charger installed

We used Green Electrical for the first time to install a fitted electric oven. They gave us excellent advice on the size and type of oven we needed and liaised with us to install it as soon as it had been delivered to our address. Dan was punctual, tidy and very efficient. A few weeks later we went back to the company to source and install a new light fitting. Dan again - very punctual, a fast and efficient worker; he also identified a problem with the dimmer switch and installed a new part. The appointments system was efficient and we were sent a reminder near the date the work was to be done. The payment system was easy to deal with too. Thanks Green Electrical - we will use you again!

Very quick and efficient service, the installer was very quick and explained everything well, would recommend to friends and neighbors

We have used Green Electrical on several occasion and are very happy with them. They are always professional and do a very good job for a fair price.

These guys sorted an eicr for me a few years ago. They have an extremely efficient and helpful customer service. Been using them since as my first port of call for general electric work.

Finding a company to carry out PAT testing is not easy, so I was delighted to have been recommended Green Electrical who were able to come out at short notice. They kindly agreed to collect keys, turned up on time, and carried out the testing with very little disturbance to my belongings in the property. I was provided with a report and invoiced quickly and everything was settled with no hiccups. I would recommend Green Electrical and would happily use them again if the need arose.

Install a Tesa wall connector, easy communication and high quality service, the electrician Ryan is very professional and helpful. Highly recommanded!

Used this company for the first time to rewiring outside. Electrician named Dan did an excellent job in freezing conditions. They sent the invoice speedily and the person in the office I dealt with was polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

We have used this company regularly and without fail, they are always very professional. This time they gave a timely service about lighting which kept 'tripping' thoroughly checked wiring to establish the cause and then gave well reasoned advice to solve the problem. They also fitted two new kitchen lights. All are now working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Poped into the shop in St Albans on a Tuesday and the young lady I met was very polite and professional. Offered to send out a member of staff the next day to undertake a free assessment of my property for an ev charger install. Member of staff arrived the next day on Wednesday as agreed, very professional and knowledgeable. Received a very reasonable quote for the ev charger install by email on a Thursday morning after an on site assessment the previous day. I immediately rang to confirm I was happy with the quote and was thereon offered an installation of my chosen EV Charger on the same day. Within 30 minutes an electrician arrived at my property and installation was completed an hour later. Tradesmen get a lot of stick for being unreliable but these guys are top class and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Straightforward, easy to talk to. Installer (Ryan) was very professional. Email communication and payment processes made simple. Would definitely recommend them.

Great company, lovely people to deal with, straight forward, easy, fair price and everything explained. Thank you!

Used for EV charger installation. Very professional and reliable from start to finish. Easy and smooth. Explained the process well. My neighbours also used and recommended to me

I was referred to Green Electrical initially for the fitting of an electric car charger. Based upon their service, we've used them for various electrical work within our property - rewiring, fuse box, fitting of Nest thermostat etc etc. Without a doubt a superb company - efficient, polite, timely, knowledgable and maintained social distancing. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Amazing customer service. Great installation very tidy.
