Moved into a new flat on Sunday 8th to find we had no hot water and no heating and that it was an electrical fault. Fortunatley we managed to contact Dave on Monday morning and he turned up in the afternoon, got us back up and running with hot water and heating. He put himself out to turn up the following day as well with an important part to complete the work. Brilliant job and a nice guy as well. We can't rate Dave highly enough.

David is a absolute legend, had a problem on the switch from the electric shower, got scammed by another company that came to look into it and basacly robbed me £350 and quoted me another £750 to get it fixed. Found DSS Electrical hours after that and he said not a chance it would be that, came in early morning the next day and in less then 30min the fuse was swapped and everything else checked and I also fitted a new electric shower and he connected the wires and checked/tested everything after, cost less then £100 and that was us sorted and advised on what to do, can't thank him enough, he saved us after having at least 3 past electricians doing some crap work, now we are sorted on that side, this is the people/business's that need to be appreciated that get the work done at a affordable price, god bless you and wish you all the very best and once again thank you very much 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

We had a problem with our consumer unit that caused all the house sockets to stop working. I phoned Dave the following morning and he attended our address within half an hour. He identified the cause and made the system safe and also restored the sockets. He attended the following day with Lee and installed a new upgraded consumer unit and also helped with other electrical issues. The communication, professionalism and attention to detail from Dave was outstanding, the job was completed at very short notice, and he explained all aspects of the new installation. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, they provided a fantastic service 👍

Really friendly guy. Came out the next day and arrived on time. Turns out we just needed to turn on a switch (embarrassing), so didn't even charge us for his time. Will definitely call again when we actually need electrical works doing. Thank you!

Contact the guys at 8:30am someone came around 20min later. Embarrassing it was the stove top isolation switch, identified in 30 seconds. Wouldn’t take my money, true gentleman. Number saved for anything electrical. Thanks 👍

Fully recommend, came within an hour to assess job. Thoroughly explained options and responded to questions, accommodated us at short notice and completed work to excellent standard at a good price. I contacted David for some work to be done outside for me and he was super efficient and extremely knowledgable. The work completed is tidy and neat and looks fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend to anybody that needs electrical work carrying out.

Fantastic! Phoned first thing and David came round straight away to look and give a quote to remove and replace a plug socket. The job was done and finished by lunchtime. Very professional and will certainly use him again. Highly recommend.

I needed a shower extractor fan fitted when I rang David said he had just finished a job and could come in twenty minutes which he did fitted the fan and did an excellent job I now have had Dave to do another 2 jobs making 3 in all would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone thanks again Dave
