Ben came to our rescue at very short notice when our hot water cylinder elements kept tripping (and we had very cold showers!). He fixed the immediate problem and made recommendations for a long term fix. Very professional, friendly, helpful and super efficient! He's since been back and done the longer term fix - once to fit a timer and then again - on a Sunday - to finish the wiring once the elements had been replaced by our plumber. Outstanding service. Five stars ! Ben responded promptly to my call last night even though it was mid evening . He communicated a time for today and arrived early . He diagnosed the issue quickly and calmly while communicating and explaining clearly . All lighting and socket work was completed quickly and professionally with a good manner . I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to others and hope to retain him in the near future for other work.

Used Ben a couple of times now. One was a small job changing and moving a couple of lights. The other was changing our fuse box. Workmanship is excellent, very tidy and a polite guy also. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Ben provided a fantastic service, quickly fixing our lighting issue at short notice. Just after moving into our new house, I tried to change the light fittings but didn't take note of how the wires were connecting and quickly blew the fuse. Ben was able to diagnose the issue, came round at short notice and was able to work out how the wiring should be connecting for the lights in this house. Ben was super friendly, very knowledgeable, quick and left the place like he had never been here. New to the area, I'm now reassured to knowing I can rely on a great local electrician I'll definitely be using again.

We had Ben come and sort out the lighting in our living room. He was prompt with the quote and flexible with booking in the dates to align with other trades. Ben was neat and tidy where he worked and laid down sheets to help with managing the dust. He is personable and friendly and a pleasure to have him working in my home. Ben did an excellent job of installing a new light fitting where the ceiling was damaged. While here he also did a few odd jobs for me and checked my fuse box and quoted me for a full electric test and fuse box replacement. I will certainly be using Ben again in the future, he was very prompt on messages and arrived on time.
