Electrolaze

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had two exterior downlights fitted and could not be happier with the quality of the work. Professional, polite, arrived exactly when promised and the pricing was extremely competitive. This is genuinely the way contractors used to be — reliable, skilled, respectful and clearly taking real pride in their work. If I could give six stars, I absolutely would! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class electrician and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Peter is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy who explains what he is doing and is very reasonable and transparent on price and options. He replaced our fuse box as well as other work and I highly recommended him for any electrical issues / work you have.

Exelent service friendly and proffesional

Highly recommend Peter, he takes the time to understand your needs and explain the detail of the works he is undertaking so you are comfortable and clear on scope and pricing, I likes that he also shares his expertise and recommendations but without any presumption. I found him to be a very authentic and genuine person and extremely helpful. Work was done to a high standard and efficiently. I’ll be using Peter again.

Fantastic service from Peter, would highly recommend for any electric work

Called electrolaze for a potential live outdoor light that needed to be disconnected and the live wire cut. Peter came out, and what a very nice gentleman. He text to say he was on his way, was punctual. He looked into the fuse box, the explanation of the box alongside what he was going to do was fantastic. It was a small job but peter was more than happy to help! We have no intention on looking anywhere else if any future work needs to be carried out and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, experienced and highly knowledgeable electrician.

Refreshing to get great customer service. Peter came to my Mams house to replace a light fitting. He came on time, was very professional, and the cost was very reasonable. I’ve already recommended him to a friend. Thank you Peter

This guy was amazing when all our electricity went off. Found the route of the problem over the phone. Did himself out of a call out charge. Hopefully not need further assistance but if I do I will use this guy call out charge or not. Thanks so much.

Peter is very local to me which was very handy. Came and refitted a socket and light fitting in my attic. Very professional and very thorough. Very good prices too.

I contacted Peter regarding an issue that meant I had no heating in the house. He responded within the hour and came round to my house at 7pm that night to resolve. Great service and would highly recommend.

Whilst we didn’t work together I can say Peter’s approach to my request for an estimate and report were excellent. I asked to re-price the job which he did promptly and accurately. Due to various circumstances the job didn’t come to fruition but would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks Peter.

What a lovely bloke! Talked to us like people, very friendly and amiable, very reliable and helpful, did the job quick sticks and was very reasonable. Couldn't say anything other than a big recommend from us for all your electrician needs!

Peter, came through the door at just the right time. Well for me not him. He saved the day. Stopped our hand dryer blowing up by disconnecting it as we didn't know what we were doing.

A lovely gentleman came within 1 hour to look at my bathroom light that didn’t work. He fixed it and didn’t even charge anything (I hope I am allowed to say that) 😊. Absolutely outstanding service and a kind heart. Thank you so much! Highly recommend

Great bloke very likable and a great sense of humour was a pleasure to have around very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in layman's terms would highly recommend Peter he will be the only Electrician I will use from now on, Many thanks Peter if I could give you 10 stars I would.

My neighbour was left without electricity and her estate agent does not have an out of hours number. She had just came out of hospital and needed her electricity for care call. Fantastic bloke! Great at his job! Gave me ideas for my media wall and other bits around the house and did them next day. 5 stars 100% recommend!

Very professional service, reasonably priced, Peter came out quickly and sorted the issue also got some good advice about our fuse box and nice to know we can rely on him to do future jobs. Would thoroughly recommend.

I can't recommend Peter from Electrolaze highly enough. He accommodated my very limited availability without problem and from the minute he arrived until he left he was a total pleasure to have around. He explained all he was doing, provided valuable insight into areas of my electrics and electrical fittings that I was unaware of and certainly went above and beyond to ensure my electrics were safe and I had a comprehensive understanding of what work had been undertaken and the reasons why. Despite being much longer than he no doubt anticipated, as I kept asking for advice and guidance, and the job was more complex than initially discussed, the price remained the same. I wouldn't hesitate to have Peter around next time I need an electrician; in fact, his number would be the only one I would call. Thank you Peter, your work is very much appreciated.

The gentleman was very helpful. He pointed out we could possibly have the oven fixed under guarantee by contacting the maker, which proved to be the case. Despite visiting our property for 1/2 of an hour he did not charge us. I fully recommend him.

1st class from start to finish. Great guy who is very knowledgeable and found the fault and repaired our upstairs lighting circuit. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

We’ve just had Peter to our home to fix our broken lounge light fixture and wall switch. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a clean worker. Would definitely recommend him. This company would be our first to call for any electrical problems in future. Thank you so much for your first class work.

Could not have had a better experience with Peter from Electrolaze. We had to call him out on a Sunday after getting water into a socket, he was here within the hour and couldn’t have been more helpful to two clueless first time home owners. Amazing customer service and a reasonable price! Thanks again!

I have had 3 jobs completed by Peter , and he has always responded quickly , and done the work professionally , and at a reasonable price . I particularly like the way he explained what he was doing , and offered different solutions to the problems i had . I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend 100% .

Peter fixed our ceiling lights the one which is upstairs kept on blowing. Peter fond the fault and replaced the light. (Plus excellent price for doing the work) I would recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical work to be done.

Spoke to Peter at Electrolaze about failed ceiling lights in my mothers house and he flexed his plans to fit in while I was visiting and did an excellent job to find the fault which was hidden in the ceiling. By taking some time to assess the problem before cutting into the ceiling, he was able to find the fault (a burnt connector) fix it and minimise any damage, which he then rectified perfectly. On top of that he is such a friendly helpful guy, so I have no hesitation or reservation in recommending him for an excellent job.

We had an emergency, smoke coming from the washing machine switch, we phoned electrolaze and they couldn't be more helpful. They came straight away put us at ease. So friendly and showed us exactly what the issue was. Polite, friendly and very reasonably priced. He absolutely loved our shih tzu too which was great haha. Thank you and we will deffo use again 👍

Great job

Some small lightbulbs in a cluster light in our kitchen were impossible to remove or replace - a small but annoying problem. I'd never used Peter's firm before but within half an our of phoning him for help, he'd turned up and sorted everything. He was quick, efficient and friendly and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Very prompt and thorough service, Peter went above and beyond he was patient and even listened to me moaning. Lovely lad chatty and friendly goes the extra mile to make sure the jobs done up to scratch and in the best possible time frame would definitely recommend 👍

Peter has done quite a lot of work for us over the past year so when my electric fire went off I called him again. The fire turned out to be a write off but a new unit was found and successfully fitted today. This job has been quite a saga and Peter has been so helpful with advice and assistance that I would thoroughly recommend him for any electrical work you may have.

A rare find. After almost 3 weeks of desperately seeking an electrican I finally found Peter of Electrolaze. The day after I contacted him he arrived on time and undertook a thorough check of my electrics and the issue. He identified the problem and provided 2 options without any pressure. An exceptional service which was/is second to none. Would highly recommend his services. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
