I honestly could not speak more highly of the team at KSV. As a new homeowner, I’ve been navigating a lot of challenges, and when my power went out late last night, I was stressed and unsure what to do. From the very first call, the team were amazing. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me, patiently talking me through possible solutions to try and save me the cost of a call-out, which I thought was such a thoughtful and genuine service. When it became clear it was a bigger wiring issue, they came out quickly, traced the problem, and got everything back up and running. They made sure my heating and essential appliances were prioritised, and explained everything they were doing in clear, simple terms so I could fully understand. They were so conscious of how stressful the situation was, and really put me at ease throughout the process. Yes, it was an unexpected expense, as it often is, but I walked away feeling like I had received incredible service, and genuine care. I am extremely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KSV to anyone.
I spoke to Vish today about a relatively simple job that another company was trying to charge me quite a lot of money to do. He gave me some really honest no nonsense advice about how I could do the reset the system myself which I did without issue. He didn’t need to do this but went above and beyond to help. Agreed a date for KSV to pop round and install a Ring floodlight. They followed up the day before to make sure we’re still on which we were and provided a timeframe. Like clockwork, Vish arrived promptly, even giving. A heads up when on his way. Assessed the job and confirmed, no problem. Got to work. Installed the system and helped me configure it on my mobile to ensure the best outcome. Whilst here, I did ask about something else which he assisted in resolving - could have easily turned me down however was as helpful and supportive as you’d want from someone. Proceeded to also swap a light switch for us and cleaned up the little mess which I said he didn’t have to. A company that takes pride in their work here. Great job! Thanks Vish.
Vish has carried out a few jobs for us. He has installed a video ring doorbell, put up lights. Installed outside lights and put up a picture light. We are very impressed with his work. He is friendly and efficient. We love the way he takes time to talk through everything he is doing, explaining each step. Nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend Vish.

At short notice I required a comprehensive interlinked smoke alarm system installing and EICR certification at one of my properties. I reached out to Vish at KSV to discuss my needs, within 24 hours a quote was sent over with recommendations of alarm types and agreed date booked into their schedule. Arriving on time the team got started, whereby work was carried out to a very high standard whilst being kept informed of any issues found along the way. Any additional work was discussed then quoted prior to being done; as a new customer this was reassuring. Upon finishing I was walked throughout the property to view all installations to ensure customer satisfaction had been achieved. Overall a stellar job completed by Vish and the team, I wouldn't hesitate to call them in for future work. Having recently used the services of KSV Solutions Ltd I'm happy to share my experience. Initial consultation, site survey, quotation and meeting Vish. First impressions are so important and Vish gained my confidence and trust as he clearly knew what he was talking about. Someone that cares about customer satisfaction. He listened and understood my requirements but also presented some alternative options I'd not considered during the site survey. The quotation was comprehensive, easy to understand, competitive (much better value than another quote from elsewhere) and offered me a few ways to go. Either using my old solution or a brand new one. I decided on a significant to me financial outlay and opted for an entire new solution all under one app. New 8MP 4k PoE cams, dvr, intercom and house alarm. On install day the KSV team of 5 engineers arrived for 9am. The first part was to discuss device locations, device configurations and cable runs. The team then worked through until 5pm where Vish handed over the finished system to me and provided user guidance. The team were punctual, polite, friendly, helpful and hard working. Communication throughout has been spot on, upfront and honest. If an item on the quote was no longer needed I was made aware and the overall job price amended to reflect the change. The quality of work was to that of a high standard. Extremely clean installation of devices and cabling. There was no mess left behind. I'm extremely happy that I decided against my original plan of reusing an aged PoE 1080p system and went with a full new system. It does everything I wanted and more. The aftersales care doesn't fall short either and it's made clear KSV Solutions Ltd are at the end of the phone and will be carrying out a follow up visit to see how I'm getting on. It's rare today to find and deal with a professional company like this. One of the real gems and for all my reasons given KSV Solutions Ltd come highly recommended.
Vish and his team were a complete breath of fresh air, installing 4 CCTV cameras and a wireless alarm system. From the start to finish, everything was clearly communicated, and I felt they gave me the confidence I was being provided the best value for my needs. The team turned up and completed the entire installation in a day to my requirements. Vish himself invested time and expertise to assist in other issues with my electrics. Knowing he and his team are electricians i am assured the installation was in the best possible hands.
