Dan recently came out to fix our Loxone system, which had developed numerous faults, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He resolved issues with the lighting, system connections, heating valves, intercom, installed a new keypad and programmed new key fobs, all to an exceptionally high standard. From start to finish, Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He arrived exactly when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout, and worked efficiently to get everything fully operational again. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and thorough, and the quality of his work was outstanding. If you need any Loxone or smart home work carried out, I would highly recommend Dan without hesitation.
My parents had some sockets and lights fitted and he was amazing! Good price, professional and completed in a timely manner. Just had a new security light fitted by FixBox and I'm very happy with the service! Dan is a lovely bloke who is super polite and helpful, the job was completed to a high standard and everything tidied up nicely afterwards. Service was rushed through. CCTV cameras was NOT installed properly. And, he would NOT answer his calls to come back and rectify problems, after he got fully paid. I would strongly NOT recommend.

Dan has been to us today 14 Aug 23. He has done an excellent job at sorting out our external electrics. We found Dan friendly, totally professional who fully explained what he needed to do. His work is very neat and tidy and he cleaned up when he had finished. His charges are very reasonable. I phoned fixbox due to an electrical emergency and I got an immediate response and they came to sort out the issue very quickly. I was so impressed with the response and professional work that I asked Dan to come back and install a couple lamps, mount a tv, check and replace sockets / switches and also wire an electric motor for an awning. All within a day! I cannot recommend fixbox enough. They came through when I needed them and the level of the work is of the highest standard.

We got FixBox in for out of hours work at our sites where they performed PAT tests, fixed wire tests and installed emergency lighting. Dan and Lee are very personable and did the job within the time frame they set with no issues, great communication and raised newly uncovered issues with us before amending them so we weren't surprised when invoiced at the end. As a charity where naturally, money is tight this was greatly appreciated and it's the same story with their very competitive pricing. All in all, FixBox offer a reliable and trustworthy service that I can't recommend highly enough. We'll be getting them in for any future electrical work we need to outsource in the future.

I had Dan to install my light fittings, after being recommended by a friend. I found the booking system was ideal as I could book whatever time was convenient for me, and the booking process was very clear, fast and easy to use. Communication was also brilliant. I trusted Dan to be left in the house. He was very punctual, friendly, professional, tidy and did a fab job.
