I called Fast Response Electrical late tonight on a Sunday, a bank holiday weekend too, to attend to an electrical fault at our home. Kent arrived exactly when he said he would, was swift in his work and very reasonably priced. A proper life saver, and a very pleasant chap to boot. Very disappointed, Kent came out promptly which impressed us, told me he had been an electrician since he was eight trained by his father, I explained the fault of lights tripping a fuse. He stated it was probably the position of the kettle in the kitchen. He charged me £35 cash and left telling me to call if I need any more help. I moved the kettle as instructed but the lights still kept tripping the fuse. I have tried to call him and got no answer, left messages asking for him to please contact me and sent texts without any reply. Very disappointed as the problem still exists.
I had an electrical emergency on a Sunday morning... I rang Kent and he responded immediately and resolved the problem. I would definatly recommend Kent for anyone looking for an electrician. Kent was lovely. Responded extremely quickly, fixed an issue on day 1 and when we realised there was another issue causing the electric to trip, he was out again first thing on day 2.
