The person carrying out the work was very efficient. I am however upset with the company. When I first had this serviced I was not told that if you miss a years service it negates the warranty. As this was installed by the builder and I had NO details of what was required how was I supposed to know !! Also when I asked if we would get a reduction if a few of us had the service done together I was told no! Then was later asked to have it done the same time as another flat to save them coming twice, couldn’t believe they even asked. Needless to say we have no option but to get it done as it is a safety issue and other than a company down South there is no one else to go to !!
The engineer introduced himself and spent some time explaining clearly how the Automist system worked. We had no previous experience of the system and his clear explanation was very helpful and re-assuring. It was really good to deal with an engineer who understood that service did not just cover the mechanicals of the system but also should include the re-assurance of the clients. Many thanks.
it's a difficult one. there service and team are brilliant but it's a expensive service, on top of this you need your plumber and electrician to get everything in the correct place.

We have been using Blue Light Safety since December 2018. Having the fire suppression system installed has added another layer of safety to our home. The annual maintenance is seamless. Service completed, very easy to book and certificate received. Service Engineer was great, tested each spray head taking care to collect the water using hose; pumped out the remaining water using air so no water remained in the system being a normally dry system and replaced the filter. Engineer also took time to go through the system with the tenant to explain how it worked.
I sent an enquiry to Blue Light Safety reference some fire door inspections. I received a response the next day advising this was something they could help with. I have been chasing them for over six weeks now and keep being advised someone will be in touch. No one has been in touch still. I'm dissapointed that I have wasted my time trying to procure the work through Blue Light Safety and that this part of the project has been delayed by them failing to respond.

Blue Light Safety stepped in when the original company I used couldn't. Email correspondence and response times have been very good. They arranged a service date quickly, turned up on time and my tenant said they were very efficient. The very next day I was sent the certificate to support the service via email. I'm now on their database so they will reach out once a year when the next service is due, this is a big help because it could easily be forgotten.
Blue Light Safety were professional throughout. They were very responsive over email and were able to fit in an annual service of my Automist system quickly and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

£180 (£192 inc VAT) is just too expensive for such a simple yearly service that takes barely no time at all.
We have used Blue Light Safety annually for a number of years. We were amazed that such a safety system was available and we’re so pleased to have discovered it. The inspection Engineer is knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient. The administration staff are always available and respond immediately to our booking requests. Can’t fault the system or the service!

I used Blue Light Safety (the London branch) to carry out a service of our domestic AutoMist system. The two men that turned up were polite and professional. One man had a tricky job trying to reach the automist system which was very high up in a cupboard in the rafters at the very top of the house but he got there! Also the people I dealt with on the phone were also very professional and friendly. I will call Blue Light again next time a service is due.
