We have had two very modern high quality air conditioners installed, and I will likely use this company again for a Tesla Powerwall 3, plus the new innovative Tesla solar panels when they are available in this country. I cannot speak highly enough of DJB. We have just had 2 strings of solar panels fitted to the roof of our bungalow, one with 12 panels and one with 5 panels, together with inverter and battery storage. This was seriously new territory for us but we were at ease from the very first meeting with David, who showed patience with us throughout the process, answering our many questions with courtesy and promptness. Once the team arrived on site, they were of the same mould and were also extremely courteous, kindly removing shoes etc whenever they had the need to enter the bungalow. I know that is what one might expect but nowadays, that is not necessarily what you get! Every aspect of the work was carried out with an eye to detail such that it all looks as it should;- carried out by true professionals who have pride in their work! We are now waiting to get onto the right tariff, which David has agreed to come over and help us with, a service right through from the initial exploratory conversation to the final setting up of the tariff and saving of money. If you have got this far, you probably would know that I would have no hesitation in recommending David, Shaun and the remainder of the team at DJB Electrical. They will not let you down! What a morning we had at woodspring care home in fakenham today, no hot water and a water leak,gave djb electrical a call,short while later david came to our rescue,he soon located the water leak and isolated it,then Into the boiler room to sort out the no hot water problem,and watching him fault finding was very impressive on such a complex system,after short while he found the problem and we have hot water again,can't praise him or the company enough

DJB installed an air conditioning unit in my bedroom which has improved my sleep immensely. The price for the system and installation was unbeatable, and the service was flawless. The installation was completed with the absolute minimum of disruption and the product works really well. Don't lie awake in the heat, get DJB in to install air con, and sleep soundly.

DJB and the team installed some electric gates for me and they were so professional and accommodating, we had issues our end with posts and hinges being wrong but the guys didn’t rush us or make us feel we were holding them up, great lads and great fun to be around. I recently contacted DJB Electrical Services to help with a 3.5m stairwell chandelier install, following a recommendation. At short notice, the task was completed by three members of a team of DJB electricians over a couple of visits to an exceptionally high standard. All were highly professional, courteous and importantly, managed the challenging task with great expertise, working to a height of around 7 metres. I will definitely be contacting Dave again for all and any electrical needs at my home and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you so much, DJB - you have made our Christmas.

We had a power cut during the evening with 4 young children home. Called these guys and they were with us within half an hour and sorted the issue and replaced the part within 15 minutes. They were friendly and really helped us knowing they could not leave us without electricity. First time I have used them, will definitely not be the last. Fantastic team

Posting on behalf of the Barney and fulmodeston playing field association. We have recently started a project for a new sports and community hub in Barney. We were awarded a grant for solar panels and Djb was our preferred provider. From minute 1 Davids professionalism shone through talking us through each step and helping us in anyway he could. The package he put together, the presentation, and communication was second to none. Very happy with how it all has worked out and over the moon with the finished product. Will 100% use again if the need arises for more solar panels. Highly recommend!

David is a legend ! I have had terrible trouble with my caravan when on holiday sorting a water pump issue so I called Dave on the off chance he could help. From 200 miles away he helped me trace and locate the issue including a full tutorial on a multi meter to solve the problem and give us water again ! Had an Air-con unit fitted in my bedroom (with exterior unit) and couldn't be happier with the install. It is located in a very awkward room due to having no walls and just sloped roof but they went above and beyond what they needed to do and made sure everything was tidy and polished, all at a very reasonable price. A VERY high standard of work and would recommend to anyone, lovely guys too.

DJB undertook the electrical work as part of an extensive refurb of our house in 2022. It was a large project and they did excellent work. We have continued to use DJB in subsequent years and their follow up service is very good too.

Monday mid morning - middle of winter - suddenly all power went off. Lights, fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, computer - everything dead. Phoned DJB and David arrived within a couple of hours! Comprehensive analysis of all electrical circuits, appliances etc concluded with fault created by washing machine. Disconnected everything in the house, and outside, then all restored 100%. He was polite, respectful, discussed and reassured us re what had happened and ensured we were all OK before he left. Superb service - thoroughly recommend. Thank you David.

We have been really pleased with our installation of our new Dimplex heaters from DJB. The whole team were friendly, professional and attentive when working in our nursery to ensure all our needs were met. They worked around our restrictions of access to rooms and nothing was too much. The Dimplex heaters technology has given us challenges but David was incredibly supportive to make sure it all worked in the end. Thanks to the whole team.

Friendly, efficient, professional, trustworthy and hugely knowledgable with vast accreditation & qualifications. Have used DJB on numerous occasions for all manner of work. Would highly recommend for any job however big, small or obscure. Just an update to this review. We recently needed a job doing. With DJB busy we decided to use a different contractor. Big mistake! Huge! Should've just waited a couple of weeks for DJB to do the job. Won't make the same mistake again - as they say, all good things come to those who wait.

From a cold enquiry to contact within a couple of hours and an appointment for the next day where the work was completed quickly and efficiently and really helpful information on what the engineer was doing. Could not fault it would recommend the company to anyone requiring the services they provide. Their number has gone into the phone book for any future work. Super job!

David and Levi came and fitted air conditioning in our home, they were lovely guys very clean and tidy and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future for any future electrical work we need doing, and for servicing the air conditioning units. Having moved to the area some six months ago from the Midlands and requiring a variety of electrical work to be carried out on our newly acquired barn conversion , I chose DJB Electrical from the internet and I have to say that Dave has been a most competent professional tradesmen . He advised us and ultimately installed alarms , inside and outside lighting upgrades , additional sockets for our newly installed kitchen and even wall mounted our TV. David and Lyam did a fantastic job upgrading our electrics today. We tried 3 quotes: one was very high (3 times the price of DJB) and didn't spot the lack of adequate earthing, one didn't get back to us, and DJB with a comprehensive quote at a reasonable price. DJB Electrical Services carried out a number of works to my workshop in order to get my machinery up and running after a new installation and moving of existing equipment. I found David to be punctual, professional and very tidy. David’s wealth of knowledge was clear from the start as the job as the job went from A - B without a glitch and he also recommended ideas to further improve the functionality and added safety of the shop which I will be planning on in the near future.
