Great service as always from a very reliable company. I’ve been with Bell for 18 years now and never had any issues, not many companies can beat that. Gary was today’s engineer and he couldn’t have been better, friendly, knowledgeable and polite, excellent all round.

Amazing service, trustworthy and thorough. Ross was first class in addressing both my CCTV and alarm issues. He even managed to install a new PIR through a brick wall and onto a newly painted white wall without a mark left on the wall. We had contracted Bell to carry out work on our fire suppression system. The engineer (Martyn) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Martyn came on a late evening to sort an intruder sensor because I was unable to set our final alarm. He spent over an hour fixing the issue and eventually got it sorted. Highly recommended.

David was fantastic at setting up our new alarm system for a new store opening. Took the time to explain how the system worked and set up all the alarm codes for us.

Great company & fantastic service. We had a service today on our emergency lighting and whilst doing that the engineer was investigating faults on our fire alarm system. The engineer (Craig) arrived on time, spoke through what was planned for his visit, then went to work fault finding on our fire alarm system whilst the test was running for our emergency lighting. Craig diagnosed a fault in one area of our building and showed us pictures of what caused the damage to the detector and base. He suggested solutions to relocate the detector and explained the time frames on the replacement works. Whilst investigating this he made us aware of another issue with a detector close by which was problematic, he found a solution and explained the next steps. At the end of the visit, he explained what work had been carried out. I’d give the engineer (Craig) 10/10 for service and professionalism. An excellent brand ambassador for the Bell Fire & Security name. Would fully recommend Bell Fire & Security. Great Experience as always.

Just wanted to say thank you to Gordon and Colin over at Bell for resolving the issues I had with my house electrical system. They quickly identified what was needed to bring it back up to code. On the day nothing was too much bother including popping around to a local supplier and coming back with the necessary components. Definitely a weight of my mind so thanks again guys. Above and beyond level of service which is rare these days…

When they do year maintenance check, they say I need to replace a fire detector which is broken. And they told me cost 277.5 + vat. Then I ask them why is so expensive, they say they got the product from supplier is expensive, too. They can reduce the labor cost for me to 217+ vat. I ask them to bring my broken one back to me. After that, it had no answer until now. And it is more than two weeks. I had installed and use their service for more than 5 years. I do not think it is a responsible company.

Fast and friendly service.

Updated the alarm system in my coffee shop with Bell. Dealt with a guy named Dean, made the whole process so easy, no jargon and he explained everything including the pricing for the maintenance over the year. Very pleased with the service he provided from start to finish, would highly recommend Dean and the work done by Bell themselves, very tidy.

I spoke to Dean Burne to help me switch over to Bell Fire & Security. He was very efficient, professional and made the full process easy. I would highly recommend.

When their alarm box is blaring at all hours under your window they say they CAN'T contact the property owner, they CAN'T turn it off or raise a call. Not much point as a security company. I will be pursuing legally because of their damage to the peacable enjoyment of my home.

used bell to service and maintaining my alarm.great prices one of the cheapest. and everyone from the office staff to sales (zander) great guy and service people are all great and helpfull . well worth the money you pay more per month for a mobile phone .when for a small price to keep you home safe . i would totally recommend them always come out if there is a fault nothing is a problem .you dont find many companys like this anymore many thank john

It's all good if everything is working fine. I once had a false alarm for which I could not find any intruder in my house or any rogue helium balloons! I phoned Bell Alarms for some advice and a possible check of the system. The first thing I was told was that I need to pay £75 for an 'engineer' call out. (This hidden charge was not explained to me at any of the annual renewals of my cover with them for the last five years.) I was also told that it could have been a spider that set the alarm off in the house and that I should upgrade my cheap and old existing system. Eventually, may be on sensing my unhappiness, the man on the phone started asking the nature of the problem. His simple suggestions were not to get an engineer out this time as it would have been a false alarm caused by a spider, and therefore, to upgrade my 'old' system. I asked him if a newer system can stop spiders causing alarms. There was no answer.

The installer spent hours taking over a tricky Texecom alarm system at my house but he had patience with it and it paid off. Got a fully working alarm system and I'm very happy with the work done by Bell. Thank You
