Barr & Wray Ltd has helpful staff, according to one reviewer, and another describes the people there as pleasant and well mannered. One reviewer was given a new tin of piping cement for nothing when their own had solidified. A warehouse visitor found the storeman helpful and the WC in perfect condition. One reviewer said management are dreadful and that a lot of people are leaving for the same reason. Two reviewers described van drivers blocking or nearly hitting them and making rude gestures when flashed.
Management are dreadful. A lot of people are leaving for the same reason.
Van driver an absolute clown blocking the fast lane on the motorway, while driving slower than those in the middle lane. When flashed to get past he stuck his fingers up. Zero self awareness
Great staff to deal with, very helpful 👍
I had the misfortune of one of their vans nearly taking the front of my car off this morning in Leeds, and when I flashed the driver to make him aware of my presence, he stuck both fingers up at me as I drove past. I always question the intelligence of people who carry on like this in sign written vehicles, who are representing a company!!
Excellent Client, first class people, pleasant, well mannered, a delight to be of service, quality organisation.
What an outstanding company, I enquired about some piping cement as mine had solidified and they gave me a new tin for absolutely nothing. I will definitely be using them for any spa services in the future.
One of the most kind warehouse i ever been!there is a Wc(perfect condition:) and Storeman is so hopefull person.
