I ordered items over the phone and delivery was made , as usual loads of bits missing , but this time they was sure everything was there and basically accused the customer of stealing the item , I received a phone call to say that the customer had won and they had lost and they agreed to give the items that they had never delivered , very unprofessional. Then for the customer to go in and be made to felt like a theif, the customer this time happened to be my mum , so disgusted they will never have any business off me again .
