Dinefwr Electrical & Solar Ltd

First class service and a pleasure to do business with. Ryan swiftly diagnosed my problem and immediately quoted an all-in satisfactory price to fix my solar inverter. The job was carried out most professionally. Certainly recommended. 5 *****!!!

Ryan provided excellent communication throughout, arriving on time for both the quotation and installation. The Zappi GLO charger was installed efficiently, and he also replaced a faulty outdoor socket on the same day as a last minute request. A few weeks later, when I experienced an error code, Ryan responded within hours, quickly diagnosed the issue as a software fault, and explained how to resolve it if it happened again. Fantastic service from start to finish – highly recommended, and I’ll be using him again for future electrical work.

Excellent service provided by Ryan and his team. Had solar panels fitted, car charging port, replacing 14 outside lights and a number of minor repairs. Very happy with the work and can definitely recommend.

This company, owned by Ryan James, is nothing short of fantastic. I made an online enquiry regarding the purchase of a Zappie EV charger and Solar battery storage online and I was then contacted by Ryan. Following some discussions, it was clear he had excellent knowledge and knew what he was talking about. There was no sales patter or pressure. He gave me a quote, and even saved me money by pointing out a government scheme to save 20% that I was unaware of. Once I’d accepted the quote, work was promptly completed and done to a very high standard. As I was in work during the installation day, I’d arranged for a family member to be present and she informed me how polite and professional the team were. Furthermore, due to a poor previous instal from a different company, Ryan offered to make some phone calls on my behalf to National Grid to resolve a problem which was going above and beyond what he quoted for showing he’s a person of integrity who’s willing to go the extra mile. All in all, this company is amazing and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ryan has been amazing throughout our whole solar and battery install and made the whole thing completely painless and stress free. We’ve had 16panels along with a battery installed, they even identified a few things which weren’t right with our car charger wiring which they sorted. We wouldn’t hesitate to use you again. Thank you very much

Ryan & Steff were super friendly and professional. The work carried out was to a very high standard and Ohme Pro worked immediately - very happy

Ryan did some electrical work for us just before Christmas. We had used him before and will happily use him again. He's knowledgeable, skilled and a pleasure to employ. His costs are reasonable too. If you're thinking of a solar and/or battery installation he's definitely worth contacting.

Company excellent from start to finish. Quote received quickly, all relevant questions answered regarding the charger id need for my car. And there was a fair few. Quotation sent via email and all very professional. Date and time set for installation, Ryan was very knowledgeable and set up my charger, which connected to my panels and he set it all up so I could use my app. Highly reccomend

We were thoroughly impressed with the high quality of workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail from Dinefwr Electrical. From the first meeting to the completion of the work they were a pleasure to deal with - Highly recommend.

Absolutely 5 star service. Prompt! Efficient! We would highly recommend this company .

The recommendation to use Dinefwr Electrical & Solar Ltd., came via 'word of mouth', in my experience the best way to find reliable professional trades people. Ryan, from our initial meeting through to completion of the work was always helpful, friendly and professional. All Ryan's team were helpful and everything left 'spick and span' in the house when the work was completed. In particular his apprentice electrician did a great job, up on the scaffolding, in my 'A' frame kitchen, clearing cobwebs which are difficult to reach by ladder! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his team and am happy in the knowledge I now have a reliable electrician should I need one in the future. Thelma Stenning

We've recently had Solar panels and a battery installed by Dinefwr Electrical & Solar and couldn't be happier with the installation and whole process. From our initial site visit and quote Ryan has been a pleasure to deal with. Clear communication, prompt replies and everything well explained. The installation itself was smooth and very efficient and the quality of work from Ryan and the team has been superb. Very happy customers.

Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty, identifying a fault with my oven after thorough testing and subsequently installing a replacement on Christmas Eve. Ryan and team are highly competent and diligent and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of an electrician.

We recently had an EV charger installed by Dinefwr Electrical & Solar and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the start, we were provided with several charger options, all compatible with the OZEV grant, which gave us a £350 credit towards the installation. The team were thoughtful and professional, taking care to ensure that all internal work was neat and tidy. A special thanks to Ryan, who spent time helping us to set the charger on our mobile devices and connect it to the Octopus smart tariff. We highly recommend Dinefwr Electrical & Solar for anyone looking for a professional, friendly and knowledgeable service.

I would highly recommend Dinefwr Electrical & Solar Ltd, Ryan and his team were very professional and reliable from initial contact through to work completion. I had solar panels installed as part of a roof replacement and the whole work was coordinated perfectly with the roofer. Ryan was always available to answer any questions and the work was completed to a high standard with no mess left behind. Highly recommend.

They were exceptionally kind and gave us great advice during the difficult time of experiencing water damage to our home. I would highly recommend Ryan I am so pleased we had such an honest and efficient Electrician and apprentice to carry out our electrical work.

If you are hesitating about getting solar panels fitted (as we did for ten years!) don't hesitate and ask Ryan to give you a visit and explain simply the various alternatives that could be applied. Thank you Ryan for all your attention during the process and for a complete lack of disruption to our lives. Brilliant after service and attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble for Ryan and his assistant Ollie. So hard working and pleasant to deal with.

Top class job from beginning to end, for a complete electric installation in an outside building. Ryan came to quote for the work when he said he would and arrived to carry out the work on time too. Good advice on where to place lighting and sockets. The job was done in the time scale he stated and within budget too. I would certainly recommend and will definitely be in touch for another job required in the future.
