I very rarely, if ever, write a google review but I've just had the most excellent experience with this company. Stephen came out at very short notice when I had a potential issue at one of my rentals. Such a helpful and professional person, fully tested everything, provided reassurance and fixed a faulty light switch while there. I'd only used them once before but will be sure to make them my preferred supplier from now on.

Oh my goodness - finding a company with their level of responsiveness and really, really helpful and nice people, is a joy to find. I have a small office, where two lighting circuits had blown and not having lights in a working office is a nightmare. Stephen came, within 24 hours and got both circuits working again. Saviour! Will now be getting our future business and strongly recommend :)
Excellent service, fitting replacement led light in the boiler house which has 12 very steep steps to the actual boiler.

Working with Stephen & Jason has been a pleasure. I wanted to change some lights and install various spotlights with individual switches and dimmers. I called them and the very next day Stephen came in for a consultation. Less than a week later, once the lights I sourced arrived, Jason had completed the job. Both incredibly nice people, professional and knowledgeable. I have already reached out to them for a new job! Would 100% recommend!

Previously used this company when their offices were based above a shop in Gloucester Road North Filton (I used to cycle past there to go to work) and have had a change in ownership and have moved to Patchway so are still local They reply to e-mails quickly - infact the job was done within 3 days of my initial e-mail and the job needed to be done but was not urgent bearing in mind in was only a week to 10 days before Christmas and only a small job - the part was in stock with the supplier and I was available when there was a slot available They are punctual, clean and friendly Keep up the good work

What a wonderful company! The engineer was very friendly, polite and helpful. Cleaned up after they finished. Very professional service. They came out to do an initial quote which was less than I was expecting, had some other quotes but "tills" was the best. They really go out of their way to help you and explain everything that needs to be done. Highly recommend this company. When I questioned the other reviews on here it turns out they were when the company was being ran by someone else, and this can be verified if you look into it on the Internet. Again HIGHLY RECOMMEND! !
When I contacted this company sometimes back, they had a really nice receptionist who responded well to our inquiry. They did the electrical test and inspection and they took 2 days to the job (10th June and 16th June). The first part was fine. After the inspection, of course, we would expect something not going right. Based on the report, then we decided to go ahead with this company to do the second part of the job. They came again to our place on Wednesday 12th August and they could not finish on that day. And one of the guys told me after the work on that day: see you tomorrow. So the next day I was waiting for them the whole morning. Nobody turned up and I decided to call their office and they said that the schedule was not in their diary. So we re-arranged again for 19th August. The same on in the 19th August, they did not come. Only for emergency, they came on Friday 21st August to sort it our the light in our guest room and the fan in one of the toilets (the fan is still not working until now). Then we re-arrange again for them to come on Wednesday 2nd September. For the whole morning I was waiting for them and when I rang them, the receptionist said that they had to go for emergency somewhere. The guy came at 12.04pm (according to our cctv) but we are in the middle of service and we are not available. The guy knows well that's the time we are not available based on his experience working with us before. Well, the guys might do a good job but if you cannot keep the appointments and let your customers know if you are not able to come or delay somewhere, I think you are in the wrong business. Also we have a hall and the hall is used from Monday to Friday. And because of these appointments I have asked the people not to use the hall for 3 days to allow the electrician to do their job. But today I decide to have enough. I have to terminate the business and I write the review for your company here. I am not going to use your company again in the future.
