I cancelled my father's solar panel installation within the 14-day cooling-off period because I was not happy with the contract. Before signing, Rashid Mahmood did not explain that cancelling could result in an £850 scaffolding charge. This was only mentioned after we exercised our right to cancel. When I asked for the scaffolding company's contact details so I could discuss the alleged charge directly, Rashid refused to provide them and said the scaffolding company would contact us instead. However, I later received confirmation from Simpli Green that, due to a miscommunication, the company would cover the scaffolding costs and that we would not be charged. During our telephone conversation, Rashid was aggressive, repeatedly spoke over me, and attempted to pressure us into proceeding with the installation. My father is a vulnerable adult, and I found this behaviour completely unacceptable. It was only after I informed Rashid that I intended to report my concerns to Trading Standards and EVRS that his position changed and Simpli Green confirmed they would pay the scaffolding costs. The customer service we received was extremely poor. Customers should be clearly informed of any potential cancellation costs before signing an agreement, and vulnerable customers should be treated with respect rather than pressured into proceeding. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with Rashid Mahmood or the service we received from Simpli Green. According to Companies House Rashid Mahmood is the director of Simpli Green.
Fan isolator was installed inside shower room as you can see in picture. I believe it should not be inside the bathroom. Also you can see the state of guttering it’s fully blocked and today I have received Cert that everything was up to standard. No one came to inspect the property.
Simpli Green installed my exterior insulation, Great team friendly and hardworking. Take pride in their work, and left everything clean and tidy. I’m really pleased with the results and I highly recommend this company.

Simpli green did a amazing job on face lifting my home with external insulation. Was told the procedure could take upto a full week but they completed it in 5 working days.
