Zurab was recommended by a neighbour, so I was happy to call him when I had an issue with my extractor. He was very easy to communicate with. He told me upfront what he would charge as a minimum, and that he is not an expert with extractors, so he might not be able to help if the unit itself is faulty. He squeezed me in the day after I made contact. Very friendly person, solved my issue, gave me some extra advice and we had a great chat while he was working. It took less than an hour. Great job, absolutely recommended.

Highly recommend Zurab – outstanding work on our HMO! Zurab did a fantastic job completing our HMO project. He stepped in at a crucial stage where the project needed to be finished quickly, and he handled everything with professionalism and skill. Our setup was complex, with a fuse box in each room, but Zurab demonstrated excellent technical knowledge throughout. He was always punctual, clear in his communication, and transparent about the next steps. What impressed us the most was his reliability and time management. If he said something would be done on Monday, it was done—no delays, no excuses. That kind of dependability is rare these days. His combination of expertise, efficiency, and trustworthiness makes him an ideal professional for any type of job—especially complex projects like an HMO. We highly recommend Zurab without hesitation!

Amazing service. Very quick and value for money.

Zurab reported to the job on time, he was very professional and did an excellent job on pointing out issues and testing consumer unit and sockets across the property

Zorab was very responsive to my initial query and offered a reasonable quote. He and his son arrived on time and completed work efficiently and were professional in their manner. I would certainly use again.

Amazing service at a great price- super responsive and lovely gentleman. Thank you so much!

Had an extractor fan replaced. Work was done promptly and for price quoted. Was given some free advice for the future. Very professional and pleasant. Will use in future and definitely recommend.

I have used Zurabs services a few times and he's always been so helpful, polite, prompt and value for money. Will always use him and recommend to friends and family

A reliable and professional service A+++

Excellent company and staff overall! In addition to being competitively priced, they were also efficient, kind, and respectful (they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves!). They made suggestions & improved other minor issues at no extra cost. The best electrician in the North East! 👍✨💡

Prompt, friendly and very professional service. The team were able to perform our full industrial installation within a few days (2+ working days), everything was very neat, I felt well informed at all times and overall the work was of very high quality. The best thing, for me, was a fully broken down quote showing individual branded items. Full transparency, exactly how all tradesmen should operate.

Very satisfied withe the service. The electricians attended the same day and repaired our electric shower in less than 1 hour for a reseanable price. Totally recommended.

Zurab is someone I would recommend without hesitation. He did a very good job for us, was very punctual and communicated with us throughout. His professionalism is exemplary!

Zurab and his team has been the best electrician in Newcastle. The work has been carried professionally and honestly. High recommended!!

Required 2 extractor fans to be re-wired and 7 light fittings to be installed. I'd had trouble getting an electrican out due to not having parking avaliable for my apartment. Not only did they provide the service despite this, but they were responsive, quick, and proffesional the whole time. Work was completed in a very shot time from our oirignal conversation with no issues at good value, chepaer than previous quotes i'd recieved, and they even offered to do the re-wiring for the fans at a discounted rate without me requesting. Would happily reccomend to anyone else.

Used it his company few times now always willing to help reasonable prices always on time very friendly and professional and quality work !

No hesitation in recommending. Very honest and reliable and carries out a sterling job. We have used this company as our standard electrical contractors

Fantastic service, fantastic value for money. The work that was done in my home looks amazing. I am very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Zurab, AIBAElectric again.

We called Zurab and asked if he could relocate some light fittings. His service was fast, efficient, and friendly and all at a very reasonable price. Communication was great, we received a quote for the job, and a reminder the day before of the time he would arrive (and he was bang on time). The jobsite was left clean and tidy and he will be our first point of call for any future work. Very highly recommended.

Zurab did an excellent job on my catering van electrics. A professional service with great communication at a great price! He is very reliable and has even helped me out last minute for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomended him. To top it off he's a lovely guy.

Extremely reliable and professional, highly recommend!!

I have used Zurab and his colleagues at AIBA Electric on several occasions doing electrical PAT tests on our residential investment apartments and, more recently, they upgraded all the ceiling light fitting in our office to the latest LED tube lighting. On each occasion I've found their pricing fair and reasonable, they've always attended very punctually and worked courteously resulting in an excellent job. We will most certainly use Zurab and colleagues again on our future electrical works and we've no hesitation in recommending them to others. Zurab does electric certificate for all my properties. As a landlord I have used other electrician before , but Zurab exceptional good. He is professional, punctual and good value for money. I highly recommend him for any big or small electrical work. Zurab has extensive links with other workmen and always helps me find workers for non-electrical jobs. Sirak

My electric was off, it kept tripping and I called Zurab at Aiba to check panel after receiving a recommendation of his services from my friend. We agreed call out charge on the phone and he was there within an hour. He quickly diagnosed fault and restored my electric. Very friendly guy and professional service, explained everything in terms I could understand. Fair pricing and I was happy with the job. Would use again and recommend to friends.

The most helpful and high skilled workers, thank you for an amazing service.Highly recommended.

Absolute legend! so willing to help you out. Definitely recommend Zurab.

I have used Zurab numerous times and I cant fault his work, he is a pleasure to work with!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Zurab undertook to rewire the house we had recently moved into and which was not the most straightforward of jobs. However, he and his team gave 100%, worked non-stop and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Usually a stressful job to have done, but in this case, we couldn't have asked for a better team. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
